This is a question of what size you're looking to use...
Fronts will clear, but it's a question of the tire size.
225 should be okay, but be prepared to roll the fender lip a little.
Rears are not going to fit anything over a 255.
The offset pushes the wheel too further out, and the 265 you want will hit the fender lip...a lot.
You might be able to get away with like a 245 in the back, but that's a waste on a 9.5" wide wheel...

should fit depending on front tire size.... might need small spacer to clear the coilovers. you would probably be better off with wider fenders in front.

Last time I looked, they were over $1,700... 
No, not without spacers.
The fronts are off by around 1".
The rears are off by about 1/2".
That means you need spacers that thick to clear all the stock suspension stuffs.
That seller has a LOT of BIG LIP wheels - some of them are a lot more nicers for FC clearances.

Ted when you stay stock suspension..you talking about the actual arms..or springs?? Because I am running a full coilover and am willing to run overfenders as well.
What about the previously mentioned sizes..those are for Enkie RPF1's.

You're still off by around 1/2".
For the rears, it has nothing to do with the dampers, since the trailing arm is in the way, so clearance will be the same either the trailing arm or the stock damper.
Overfenders don't matter, cause I'm just worried about clearances inside...
What about the previously mentioned sizes..those are for Enkie RPF1's.
17x9.5 +20 Front
17x10.5 +18 Rear
They are going to be tight - both front and rear.
Might just depends on tire size.
This is assuming you get additional clearance from your coilovers up front.

Thanks Ted. I was planning on running overfenders on the fronts if I go with the enkie....and the same in the rear....so a 30mm F 30mm R setup.
BTW thanks for your help cause spending 2k on rims is something I dont want to do blind.

i wanted to know if 9in wheels would fit in the front.
im want to get fn01rc's. 17x9 +15 up front and 17x10 +12 in the back
would they fit in the front w/o sticking out?

I don't think anything wider than a 235 can fit comfortably in the stock front wells.
Some 245's might fit, but why run it that tight.
With a 9.0", we're talking stretch.
If you're into that, 235 on a 9.0" will fit up front.
Rears if you keep it down to a 255, it'll fit.
Clearances are fine with those wheels for clearing everything inside.

I work for Discount Tire Co.. On my free time i have done the research to find a 245 is the minimum for a 9". With a 235 you also risk the possibility of scratching the wheel instead of rubbing the sidewall when rubbing a curb, etc.

and if you really think the extra 5mm of tire is going to help keep your wheels from getting scratched, think again. a small amount of rubber doesn't doo much when it comes between concrete and metal. best bet is to just avoid curbs... lol.

18X7.5 Front and 18X8.5 Rear. 38MM Offset front and 35MM Rear. 225/40R18 AND 265/35R18 Tires. I have looked at the FC3SPro Fitment guide. i know i will have to get a 3MM spacer for the front. the back should be fine. Am i Correct. How will these look. will they be tucked and flush. i have a 2" drop moving to adjustable coilovers.

I have read most of this thread. The problem I find is actually finding wheels to fit the correct offsets. Like the offsets on RETed's site. I wish someone had actual posts of the wheels available but anyway. I think I have decided to just go with the the Enkie RPF1 Gold wheels. On the front I want to go with 17x8 +35 with a Bridgestone Potenza RE050A Pole Position 235/45/17. On the rear 17x9.5 +38 with a Bridgestone 255/40/17. There are many other wheels that I want. I am even willing to go up to around 500.00 a piece, just the combinations of looks and specs are really a bitch to fulfill. Since I have seemed to settle on this would someone tell me if this is going to work. I also have Mazdaspeed coilovers. Thanks...

hey everyone, i read this entire thread among others and reted's mod page before i decided a set of wheels with a close enough offset for me to buy. the point of all this is i want to thank you guys for the information specific for the fc by giving back. this is my 87 TII with sportmax 962's 17x7 +38 with 5.5mm spacer 225/45 -- 17x9 +35 275/40. tires are bfg gforce sport. the only body mod was i flattened the inner lip of the rear fenders with a hammer, with a 265 it would have been fine, but the 275 would rub ever so slighly on the widest part of the tire over hard bumps. my goal was to fit as much tire under the rear as possible, its a drag car. still, it doesnt handle too bad, with such a staggered setup it its more like a mid/rear engine car, you have to power it through corners or it will push. so thanks for the help.
