You will need to run at least a 38mm spacer up front to clear the shock. Then you'll need to roll the fenders, and run a very stretched tire or over fenders.

If your only using them in the rear, then you'll just need a 15-20mm spacer, and maybe a fender roll(depending on tire fitment).

So,

Front: 38mm spacer - Fender roll and run stretched tires - Or over fenders
Rear: 15-20mm spacer - Fender roll

I found some 350z touring wheels and tires for CHEAP locally. Size is 18x8 +30 all around. Tires mounted (still 50% tread) 255/45/18.

Should this fit?

These are the wheels in question....http://www.350z-tech.com/w/images/th...50z_wheels.jpg

Does anyone have a picture of this? I suck *** at photoshop.

Thanks

The rim's +30 offset is perfect for that 8"width, placing it right between the fender and strut up front and great for the rear.

Problem is, the 255 wide tire is probably going to rub its sidewall up front on the stock springs though and if it does clear the spring will require the front fenders lip to be rolled under.

You could always check and see and if too wide up front buy some 225/235/245 (depending on how much room) for the front and save the 255 for the rear next time.

thats a really tall tire. the front of an fc wont fit much more than a 25" tire. you'd be best off with 225/40/18 or something along those lines.

the 350z wheels, IF forged arent 18x8 +30 x4... if they are forged they are 18x8 +30 f, and 18x8.5 +37 rear

Ive been eyeballing these wheels and was wondering if they would look good? I dont want them sticking out too much, I got a 88 tII.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/17-XX...item3353e572fb

Front Rims are 17X8.0 +25 offset with about 1 7/8" Lip.
Rear Rims are 17X9.0 +20 offset with about 2.5" Lip.

Hope they dont stick out too much??

These are my US Wheel Black Mod Steelies. There are the cheapest wheels I could find new that had the correct offsets.

I ordered them with custom backspacing and the total here in canada shipped was $509 with tax for all.

15x10 with 6.25 backspace and 265/50R15's
15x8 with 5.25 backspace and 195/50R15's (using .25 spacer in the front to clear caliper)

I plan on going to something liek a 225/60 in the front and a 295/50 in the rear after rolling fenders.

I know that there are way nice better stuff out there but i just want some traction and for something street driven it still handles decent. Running the stretch on the bigger sidwalls really helps.

I would be a little concerned since the lister has no idea what they are talking about. "Polished stainless steel lip" is what the listing states. I repair/weld broken wheels almost daily and I have never seen a stainless lip. Not to mention those are one piece wheels. If that is a stainless drum/lip/center, that wheel will way nearly 50lbs each, if not more than 50. If the wheels aren't just a simple carbon steel construction, then they are usually aluminum or magnesium (for some older vehicles). GM, Ford, Dodge, Jeep, BMW, Mercedes, VW, Mazda, Honda, Audi, Porsche, Lotus, Hallibrand, many aftermarket wheels, etc....all I have welded and repaired and they were all some form of an aluminum alloy.

I'm almost positive that this listing is a simple typo, but I usually stay clear of listings that can't describe there own products correctly. I hope you don't get screwed.

Nataku, rear is fine, but front needs a 10mm spacer if you want to put any tire wider than stock- might work with a 205mm wide tire?

10mm spacer, 225mm wide up front with stock camber and rolling the horizontal lip up under the fender so the tire sidewall does not catch it and pull it down.

255mm wide in rear no problems.
