The Official FC Wheel Fitment Thread

I do believe that the RX-8 wheels are a 50mm offset, so will require spacers just like FD wheels. I've seen pics of them on an FC, and I must say that they looked out of place on the car. You also can't really use the stock tires, they're too big.

I am currently deciding with keeping stock rim size or upsizing, 16x7 +38mm offset lightweight wheees or 18x8 or 18x8.5 wheels. I want to know whats the biggest tire combo I can safely run on 16x7's with 38mm offset. I Auto-X frequently but they cant be strait slicks, Rain does happen and the car is a DD though I dont mind driving slower in the rain if the dry performance is just godly. So any tire suggestions for a 16X7 with 38 offset? Or am I better off going big
Thanks
Thanks

I just installed my new coil overs (JIC FLT-TARs) and am very pleased at how much the back wheels got pulled in.
My setup:
F 17x8 +35 w/ 225/45/17 Falken Azenis RT-615
R 17x10 +35 w/ 255/40/17 ""
JIC FLT-TARs
I'm thinking about going with 235s with my next set of tires, and maybe 275s in the back if I'm feeling dangerous/ after I see how it handles on the track.

They're great for autocross and my fiancee daily drives them, so they're not that bad in the rain. And they're also decently cheap for what they are (a lot less than Bridgestone RE-01Rs)
And they're not directional so you can rotate them

Anyone ever run a 215/40/18 on a 18x9.5 et -10 on the REAR of an FC?
I'm looking to do 215/40/17 on the front, with a 9.5 et 15ish wheel, and a 215/40/18 on the rear, with a 18x9.5 et -10 on the rear.
Colorado? Justin? So far I've run closer to a 10"+20/+15 in the rear, but my NA is too weak to spin 235s how I want, so I'm hoping to run less tire.

is for whitelightning, on the 17x9 215 considering a stretch and for 17x7 is not a stretch, if you do 265 on the 9 probably will kinda go over. so here is an idea to think what you want to run, stretch tires or just fit the tires on the width you have on your wheel
