either 17" or 18" fitments work great (04 and earlier mustangs)
17/18x9 +24
17x10.5 +27 or 18x10 +22

most styles are less than 600 for a full set. i've seen them for 480/set on ebay.
Maybe..... I might get the ADR Classics i found fit well too.

just seeing if there is anything else out there

Fitment question

Will 18x8 +38 offset front
18x8 +38 offset rear, fit on an FC with either just lowering spring or Tein coilovers? Thank you in advance for inputs.

you could run 255's all around with 18x9.5 +20 (and fenders obviously)

I'm looking to run the black ones... but a +20 won't work in the front without spacers and I just don't know if a +12 will fit with an over fender and normal camber.

but my thoughts are +12 in the front and +30 in the rear

i'm rolling 17x9 +24 up front w/ 255's. i assumed that 18x9.5 +20 would be ok, but i guess it does depend on your suspension.

What suspension and camber are you running?

Slipstreams are better though, for the guy getting 15" wheels, the extra width from the 15 x 8 means a larger tire on the wheel will be more rigid.

I am using coilovers which cleared a set of 17x8 +35 w/235 tire by about 3/16ths +/-.

a 9" +20 (compared to a 8 +35) would give me 2mm more strut room and the outside edge of the wheel will be 28mm further out

a 9.5 +20 (compared to a 8 +35) will be 4mm less strut room and the outside edge of the wheel will extend 34mm more

9.5 +12 (compared to a 8 +35) will be 4mm more strut room and the outside edge of the wheel will extend 42mm

I have no problems running a wider fender up front, I just don't know if a Shine ventless type fender will cover the 9.5 +12... I am not looking to go with the Tripoint(just a little too big for me)

all of the above number are obvioulsy tire size dependant and I would be looking to run a 255. The smallest tire i would run on a 9" wheel would be a 245 and even at that I wouldn't be happy. I would like to see 9 or 9.5" wheels running a 255

shine fender should cover 9.5 +12 no prob. unless you're going with like 265 + tire size. but 255 should squeeze under on that size wheel.

9.5 +20 will barely rub on most coilovers. probably need like 3mm spacer.

quick question..i picked up a set of pil sports 255/35/18 cheap..when i throw them on the back wheel which is only 7.5 wide 45 offset will it rub springs? gf210/apexi t-mac adj fitted on already. mayb small spacer?

i know you should go with 9 wheel for that wheel and it will bubble out quiet a bit or not even fit on 7.5 correct?

shine fenders have a small lip on them. not too big though.

I would no way put a 255 on a 7.5 wheel... that **** would suck.

215/45 front, 235/45 back, should be a safe bet. might be kinda close to the fender in back.

I would go with either 225/45/17 and 245/40/17 or 235/40/17 and 255/40/17, but you may need a 5 mm spacer for the front.

215/235 would be slightly stretched.

kk thanks is the spacer just for a flusher look with fender, or is it needed to actually clear the suspension and such?

17x7 +35
17x8 +35

FN01R-C

These would fit without any question right? But what would be the correct sizes? Its the stock car and suspension but im eventually gonna get koni/gc combo. Sorry to ask again but this wheel thing is confusing =/

It may fit with the +35 or you may need the 5 mm spacer to clear. Try it on first, it won't be off by much, and spacers are cheap anyway.

I'd run a 205 in the front and 225 in the rear with no spacer needed.

you may want to look into the tire specs for that answer.
