Well...if he flees to PR, he can disappear in PR alot easier. From the sounds of it, the legit business there that he is trying to take credit for would probably like to have a few words with him as well. One thing you might try is to get the news media involved in this. They love doing those undercover investigations on shifty businesses and someone within the rotary community there has to have some contacts at a local news station. If anything, just having the story about how much of a scumbag he is all over the city should give you some sense of justice.

Believe me he is a very tiny small fish, he is a "nobody" and he is no "News".
They are not interested in small fish like this ****.
Maybe, if he has stolen hundreds of thousands of your taxed dollars, then it becomes a story.

you know what i think you need to do? Scare the **** out of him with criminal charges and legal bullshit, then give him one last chance to make good of what hes done, some sort of settlement. If you happen to settle for even the money you have already paid him it would be better than the situation you are in currently. You might give it a try...who knows.

 

I'm not sure if you realize that not only did he scam Vic.. but several other 7 owners as well. Not only has he shown defiance in the past, but has been downright beligerant to any type of fair or reasonable settlements or offers proposed.

and people know what it is!! i am just glad that i have a truly badass rotary mechanic local for me. probly because it isnt his only form of income, but he is a really cool guy. also from puerto rico, but he helped bring my car back from the grave, and is VERY reasonable. i highly recommend him to any rotary owner in oklahoma. he only charges 35/hr, but even then he doesnt charge that some times. really cool guy, very reasonable. sorry to hear your story vic. i hope you get that **** for all he is worth.

 

If Santa leaves him anything at all. Unless Santa steals an RX-7 or other rotary related part out of your driveway or out from under your tree while he is at your house, I don't think he'll be dropping anything off over there at gg's crib. (baby crib that is!) I'd rather see the wizard from the Wizard of Oz stop by instead. Maybe he can grant gg a heart, some honesty, or at the very least just sick a bunch of flying monkeys on him. Rotary talent and know how was obviously wasted. He's not even a good crook!

I dont know if i just read slow or what (I am a Marine in Iraq so I wouldnt doubt it)! but reading the past 20 pages through and through took almost 2 hours. Anyhow Vic you are the better man in this situation. So has anyone else ran into this guy? Hope people aint this shady in Cali.

All I can say this man should have been Ghost (ie dead, dissappeared or non-existent) already if this woulda happened to me. I thought there were enough goons in Screwston, I know i hear all sorts of non-sense where there are nothing but gangsta's around. Vic even with my *** out here in Iraq I feel bad for you. The iraqis should mortar this **** at least that way I wont have to worry bout it for a few days.(the mortars and rockets are almost schedueled once a week maybe 2 a week but you can almost count on the time where if you cant remember one happening for a bit, be ready for one in a few days.)

Any updates, or is the saga of gg coming to an end?

 

I don't think it will be over for quite a while.

I got a couple of interesting emails last week about old GG and what he has been up to lately.

We will see how things pan out.

On an unrelated note - my tire was flattened of my car while out of town last week.

Vandals perhaps or just an angry little man? The world will never know.

 

Updates? Absolutely nothing.

I'm trying to get the wheels turning on this case though. It isn't as easy as I thought'd it be. As for the FD, it's still in pieces. My friend Kevin and I cleaned out the trunk of all of what's left of my motor. We unbolted the hood to find that nothing was bolted down and parts of the motor are missing. I think it's safe to say that Gabriel has absolutely no ******* clue of what he's doing.
