DFW RX-7/RX-8 club focus/track event at MSR
The DFW RX-7/RX-8 club is proud to offer a focus track event at Motorsports Ranch in Cresson on September 3rd. We will have 2 lead follow sessions and then as many open session as we can get in untill it gets dark. You should be there no later than 12pm, and in the classroom at 1pm. The event will cost $100 and must be pre-paid by August 20th. Space is limited to 24 cars. We will limit registration to rotary powered cars untill July 31st and then we will open it up to any make of cars.

I've made the executive decision. These RX-7 slow pokes aren't taking the bait. Registration is open to anything with four wheels and an internal combustion engine that can pass the track safety inspection. No, that doesn't mean it needs to be street legal.

I should be there. Probably in the STi though. I don't think there's any way I can get my FD running in time. I should know by the end of the week if I'm in for sure or not.

Is anyone aloud or do you have to be part of a club? I have always been a drag racer but really could use some change of scenery. I went last weekend to motorsport ranch and checked it out. That looks like a lot of fun.

How often do you people do this type of event? I dont think I am going to make this one do to prior plans. I have a turbo 1stgen that I am very anxious to see what it will do around some turns.
