DYNO'ED Today, 533whp @ 23 psi.

Steve Kan tuned my car today. He's the man.

My 93 put down 533whp @ 23 psi. 360 torque.

HKS T51R Kai
1300 cc secondaries
950 cc primaries
Ito template ported motor.
No timing, 16 degrees all the way across.
VP C16 gas
Power FC.
80% duty cycle

Car had more in it but my wastegate spring ran out.

This was done on a Dynodynamics Dynometer All wheels drive dyno.

Steve Kan can verify this

MMMNNN Great #'s, cant wait for sept 10 when hees coming to my neck of the woods, Great #'s though

Suprising only 80% duty with those injectors, and that big of a turbo. Great #'s either way

Interesting, almost the same as my numbers at 23 psi on the 67(506/387). My HP is a little lower, my torque a little higher. Come to think of it, Steve commented on my low torque number, what did he think of your 360? Good Job, Carl

Bah! I thought my ears were red for a reason!!!

GREAT stuff Lupe! Good to see the dyno figure. Awesome stuff! Yep it's got alot more in it with the gas you were using. That ought to be one hell of a ride.

With the correction, my torque number was 414

This was also with 96 degree temperatures outside. We're still tuning cars so I'll have to come back later to answer questions.

why only 23psi? are you gonna add water injection? any ignition break-up?

i like following your progress, you and i are heading down a very similar path. i've got a T51 on a large bridgeport, with 1600/1000....and it's also a smurfy blue color

Wastegate spring is too small to run higher boost. No injection...... no break up.

Great numbers!! Are you planning on switching out wastegate springs and raising the boost? Not that you need to, but I'm curious.

dayem MBC's gotta love'em...If I remember correctly you have a "custom" MBC??? I believe with a ball and spring controller you can change the spring and run more boost on that same WG spring. <--easier than changing the WG spring.

Let's see the curves (and the ones on the car)! when is the track date?

Great numbers now post the sheet!
This is just another great example of the PFC being able to make good numbers with a great tuner. Why so many people on here bash it is beyond me.

Thumbs up

Very nice Eric. Should easily hit some low 10's with your rear setup.
