So what RPM is full boost at? I can't watch the vid from here (work) but 405 on a stock port? Why does it seem FD blocks flow more than FC? I always see similar setups on FCs/FDs but it SEEMS like FDs always tend to make more power. Is there any truth to this?

I am not sure at what RPM his setup sees full boost. On the FDs we have done in house with a stock location intercooler we usually see positive pressure by 1400rpms and 1 bar by 3000rpms in 4th gear.

FD(s) have higher compression, bigger port runners and a better upper intake manifold compared to the FC(s).

That sounds pretty awesome.

So FD's have higher than 9.4:1? I thought S5 and S6 were same compression numbers (or were you referring to S4?) And thanks for clearing that up, I knew about the intake being better (hence why so many people with FC's run them) and I thought the larger port runners only applied to 13b-re blocks.

Again, thanks for the clarification.

Sorry I was referring to S4 T2(s) which are 8.5:1, vs S5/S6 being 9.0:1

The FD primary and secondary intake runners are quite large compared to S4 T2, and still even a lot bigger than S5 T2..

Hmmm interesting, that is about the same HP i made with a similar turbo on my old S6 street port engine with the same turbo. It was also at 15 psi of boost

So that is a pretty good number then.

Looks good
