I think it might be the 850cc injector that was leaking. Static x said when I get that fixed they will give me a couple of power pulls.

Thanks man. But there are some guys that make mine numbers seem tiny.. Seems 700rwhp is the big number now. I may turn the boost up a bit and see if 650 is there....

What you been up to?

hey ray isee you lurking in here... i talked to Ari and he said 2-4 weeks for that part to be made if everything goes good. he is talking about replacing the whole cas setup with a modded piece so it should be pretty sweet. car drives good around town going to try to figure out that tps spot today hopefully its not the sensor. also what was the part number for those msd amps you were talking about?

Still building on this Cobra. I'm headed up to DynoSpeed Racing within the next two weeks for a large Paxton Intercooler and some more dyno time to crank up my psi. Had my third son last week. The usual.

I was talking to a guy at work about your FD and he was curious about what it was like off the line. He seems to think that it would be very slow on take off and then killer on top end.

He said, "Isn't that thing really slow off the line then? I dont know about rotaries, but on a 4g63, that there turbo would only hit 24 psi at around 4800 rpm."

Not quite sure. I think it peaked at 20 or 21 and tapered off to 17 or so. I'm waiting on the dyno sheets to see exactly.

Congrats on the child! Thats very cool! Kids rock!

Tell your friend that its true they wont hit full boost till 4800 but since I launch @ 7000rpm its all good... LOL... Car makes power from 4800- 8400. From my past logs its pretty much in boost the entire pass except for shifts. I have cut 1.6's 60 footers.

Thanks, Phil said y'all were seeing what they would do. That's seq. right?? I coudn't get my twins to hold more than 17-18psi either, it'd always peak high right after transition then drop back off gradually as the rpms went up.

Yeah, it's sequential. I still need to play around with the transition points in the PFC. How do/did you have yours set?

Right now they are:

TPS Low High
60 2400 3760
40 2400 4320
20 2400 4720

I have the low so low because of AutoX and PDX's just so it stays in seq. mode and doesn't drop out while I'm in a corner. And the high is lower just because at full throttle high boost it normally transitions at like 4k+ and its a super kick in the butt so having it at 3760 makes it a smoother transition.

Thanks Tim. Yeah, it's a fun ride but there are a couple issues I need to address before it's all good... a new clutch and an intercooler duct.
