Fellas,
I'm getting excited about this tuning!
I got everything today for my tune up.
Plugs, wires, oil and filter, fuel filter.
I also got a Tial 14psi wastegate spring i'm putting on.
Can't wait!
Steve

I checked out the first gen section and i didn't really see anything. Nothing really happened last night... some guy tryed to show out in the parking lot and lost control and almost trashed two cars. When that happened I left.

hey does any one have time to duplicate their tps bracket? i have a s4 tb with haltech tps . something is wrong with my setup on my tps its to bouncy i have recalibrated it many time but it seems to be bound up or something cause it will stick around 13% then i bump the gas and it will go back to .4% but sticky reading per haltech data page? willing to pay for bracket i just need one that will work, i think thats whats wrong with my driveability and the flucuating afrs/bucking problem.
thanks

Why not just order a new one from Malloy Mazda? Ray Crowe can have it shipped to you in a matter of days.

I think the dyno might have some c16 or sunoco 110. I will check. I am also considering changing dynos as I am afraid we might run into time restraints. Trackmasters will not stay past 6pm. Were the other dyno will most likely stay as late as I ask. They also may be a tad cheaper....

What kind of fuel do you want? I can let you call R&R speed shop here in town, pay for a 5 gallon can and swing by and pick it up?? If you run q16 it needs to be bought in the VP can not opened until you are ready.

Dustin, any luck on the car after I left? I can swing back by this week. I had a 2pm meeting and had to go.. Sorry....

Update:

Due to the time restraints at Trackmasters we are moving this to another dyno shop in town. Static X performance shop in Madison AL. This is going to be on a dyno dynamics. I personally like this machine better as you can apply load that is more like the real thing. Also it seems to help spool the turbos quicker.. This is a really sweat set up. Not to mention I got the dyno rate down to $90 hour... (Feel free to buy me lunch)!

So now with that said we can tune well into the night. I need to adjust the slots a tad here so if there is any issues please let me know asap. Also if you have another interested we now can slip in a couple more..

Stocks VP gas but I called for you and they do not have Q16 just C16. I also caled R&R and same deal. My suggestion is call Robert and get him to order it for you or go online and check it out.

Just spoke to VP and they said they are trying to schedule a truck for Huntsville next week. So I would call RR and ask them about that. Otherwise you will need to just order it from them and pay $25 in shipping. 5 gallons is usually around $75.

I can eat $50 in sushi...LOL..

If wes or boostedfds3 wants to move to Friday night let me know...Have to make sure RAy is ok with that.

Oh, I just talked with the dyno shop again and they have a video set up to film all pulls, so you can get a copy of it. Not sure if they charge for this but I thought that was pretty neat.

Last edited by sk8world; Feb 17, 2009 at 04:55 PM. Reason: sushi not sushie...lol....
