Any word if Crispeed and ernie T are coming?

 

I havent hear for sure if either are going to make it. It sure would be nice if they did.

I will get off the fire dept at 7am on the 20th so I will see if I can run down just to look and meet eveyone.

Also I will email everyone on the TN data base I have.

If any of you who are registered for the road course have not received the EVENT WAIVER and TECH FORM, please email or call me ASAP! I emailed the waiver and tech forms last week, but some people have not replied saying they got them. This is mandatory! Thanks

 

So what is the fee just to come watch everyone?

For the road course, there is no fee to watch.

 

I have to go pick up a helmet... This would be my first track session since moving to AL. Can't wait!

 

Oh, will I need a helmet for Drag strip?

 

For your beast sk8world, I say that you will definently need a helmet.

 

They are lenient about tech. If your car runs 10.9 or faster bring one just in case.

I hope to go 10.9 or a tad faster... Anyone have a helmet? I guess I could just run and if I go 10.9 or faster it would be my last run... I have not had my car on the track in over 2 years!!

Noy really 100% sure I will get to run with my kids soccer game being that morning. From what I read its over by 2:30 and it looks like I will get there by 12:30 ish. But as far as the size goes I am not sure really as I have only wore one a couple times before. How are hey sized? small, medium, large?

 

Yeah. Basically. My helmet is an XL that I am bringing. I probably won't have to use it since I will only be running mid 13's so you should be able to borrow it if need be.

Yeah, but I won't have my 7. I'm so close to finishing I can almost smell the exhaust fumes but I know I won't have everything complete before Friday

But there is another event November 11th at MMP, so I will try to make that one.

 

Woohoo!!! I got signed off to do Time Trials with NASA this past weekend. To bad the next NASA event is going to be next year. Oh well I need to buy a transponder for lap times anyway.

 

Looks like I will be taking my supra and not the FC. Soon the supra will be gone and the rotary will be my primary racer though. I still look forward to meeting some of the rx-7 guys.

 

Just bought a helmet for the track day Dang, I have a BIG head!! I only had 2 choices at the 2 local bike shops.. And only the more expensive one fit.
