Going up 50 was heading into the country back then, now it's damn near... crowded. Is Lynn Rd the 1st intersection or the 2nd after Crabtree, or have they added to that area since I was last there? I'm so confused....

I'm really glad to see the new RX-8 owners coming out for this. But what I don't understand is after all the talk about the RRDI doing something why more people haven't jumped on. We need a mass email to everyone!!!

Hey guys, im currently In PA for school, I'm finally done June 22nd, and then I start work in Raleigh, NC starting July 23rd. I was just wondering how you guys like it down there, and how good the RX7 scene is? I'll be moving down there alone, so you guys will more than likely see me cruising around EVERYWHERE untill I have something better to do lol.

So are there alot of cruise-nights and cruises down there? Even though im currently in PA for school, Im origionally from ROchester, NY, and there was a cruise night somewhere for any night of the week (when the weather was nice) Im hoping Raleigh is much better...
Anyways, let me know what ya think, and Ill see you all at the end of July!!

Raleigh is great. The RX scene was pretty good, we're going through some changes and it's getting a lot better. The local RX-whatever we are meet a couple of times a month. We use to have anywhere from 15 to 25 cars show up. We go on backroad drives where we can open it up, go to VIR for races, Fayetteville and elsewhere for strip stuff and other things, air shows, car shows, strip bars... oops! Ok....

There's also another Mazda club I hang out with that is more into track stuff like HPDEs and Autocross events. We meet once a month and hang out, go race go karts sometimes afterwards or just hang out and talk about cars and driving. These guys spend as much time as possible on road courses.

There are some other (not sure what to call the local Capital Blvd scene) things that go on... errrmmm, let's not go there.
