Also, don't forget we will be having our Housewarming Party on Sunday, July 22nd. We can have one of the cookouts at our house that day! This will also be a "Garage-Warming Party!" LOL.

 

4th of July would be nice but extremly crowded anywhere we go! But sometime next month would be nice.

Also, Eric I'm ordering my HKS exhaust on the 30th of this month so, it would be here at the house about a week after that! If ya wanna help do the install let me know.

 

We can have the 4th of July bbq at our house... July 4th is a special day for David and me anyway, since that was the day he proposed, and it's the day he got out of the Navy. I know it's a Wednesday, but most of us are off that day. Plenty of free parking for everyone, and no lines! Who's interested?

If anyone reads this before heading up... I'm going to try to meet up with you guys at the shopping center, but if I'm late go ahead and go without me, I'll meet you at Falls Lake. I'm going to leave early, but was stuck in traffic on I-40 for like 40 minutes yesterday, and if I get caught up in that I don't want you guys waiting for me.

Great grill out I think I counted 23 heads. 8 8's, 3 7's 1 Miata, a SRT, and a Honda.
Lot's a great food, greatr company and even a nice Sunday Afternoon Drive to top it all off. Definitely have to plan another next month or at least before summer is over.

Awesome guys!!! Too bad I missed this one. We definately have to plan one for next month. Oh and just an invite for anyone wanting to autocross...THSCC is hosting one of their points events in Danville, VA on the 15th next month...I'll be there entering in the STU class for my 1st real comp. If all goes well, I may join the group and compete for the full series next year! That will be a full weekend for me...RRDI meet on the 14th autoX on the 15th. Plus I should have the new exhaust installed by that weekend.

 

Oh hell, I almost forgot to ask...did you guys discuss the idea I proposed lastnight about us closing this thread and using the RRDI forum instead and post up in the SE forum to bring others interested in the group over to our site?

Hey guys,

I'd like to first off say that we (the regulars) really appreciate the effort made by everyone to make it out to our grill out. I'd also like to say that the effort put into making the dishes and desserts is greatly appreciated; everything was so nice!

I apologize if we didn't seem very open to you guys; I don't know why that happened. I'm sorry if you guys felt a bit out of place and I hope that next time we'll mingle more. We'll have the grill out planned a little better (i.e. if someone is bringing hot dogs, he/she should also bring buns for the hot dogs too.)

For the next gathering like this, we will have a boombox (a REAL one) for music and maybe some other things.

Your effort made to come to our event was greatly appreciated. We hope to see you at our next event!
