LOL i have a fiero too. i have always wanted to do a SC3800II swap in it. i think it would be a lot more interesting car w/ 250HP.

I will be giving free rides to everyone when it is done, hopefully by the end of august.

Maybe that's why I have a Miata and don't care that it has a 4 banger in it, it handles like an FB.

for me and quite a few others the choice was made simple. you get to bring the best thing about the rx7, the looks, together with the thing you love most about american muscle, lotsa cubic inches, power, and reliability. it's not for everyone, you have to love the pistons for this relationship to work. it took me two blown rotaries to be seduced by the darkside, but it happened.

i understand all the die-hard rotorheads, and appreciate that they defy logic for their love of the rotary. it is romantic idea to cast aside reason, for something that you love. so like i have said before keep the rotors spinning.
ok, so since I am going with a Japanese V8...does that make me wierder? Or would that be considered the Import style of hot-rodding as opposed to the american style? Or something completely different?

all I know is I need to finish my damn project! making your own brackets and designing everything is more time consuming then I thought!

Star Wars smiles would be a plus!! haha I see Josh already put the link up for ya...this is the new graphic for the DGRR. Phil is still working on the dragon graphic for the shirts for next year but it looks good right now. Gotta start promoting the event early so we can get a huge turn out!

Yeah! There's this little place between Garner and Clayton...not as high class as the Foxy Lady but hey, it's close to him! I'll even buy the first lap dance for him!

How is the redline of the rotary an advantage??? The rotary has a power band of about 4k to 8k rpm and the Ls1 is 2k to 6,500. My car with the Ls1 made 300 rwtq at 2k rpm and didnt peak hp till 6k rpm (with a stock cam), That is a much better power band that and dyno chart I have for the rotary!

i suppose you are right. i guess i am just used to shifting high. i drive around in some of my friends cars, and i always seem to be bouncing off the rev limiter. probably need to readjust my driving style. it just seems like that redline comes up on you a lot faster. i am sure you know what i mean, there had to be some adjustment period for you too.

That's what I want to know, how are you getting 3 cars there? If I could find a way to take both of mine around at times to some places I'd love it!

^Just clone yourself. Hell you'd be able to have a whole band of just you if you did that! You could call yourselves The Gregs or The Dirty Old Men, and there wouldn't be any arguing about "well why is YOUR name first on the billboard?"

On second thought, I'm not sure we could handle that many dirty old men in the club, haha. Perky is at full capacity already, haha.

Nic, there were like 16 of us signed up the first day. Wish he would post up who has said they were coming, that way we could hound the rest of them into submission!
