^Alright there zippy, now you're just post-whoring, haha. I'm at work and don't have alot of time to post so it's not fair. Well, I have til about 2am til I have to be somewhere to REALLY start working, haha.
I agree, maybe it was the fact that I had them on a Hon-duh. Everyone that has them on an RX-7 seem to like them.
Thanks for the nipples, although real ones would be nicer, especially if they're in front of me, haha.
I just got on the MSCCNC forums, I think I'm gonna start going there too. Did you guys really go karting or are you just being a silly-dilly?
I'd love to have digital TV, but I'd love even more to just have Speed channel.

We did, we go to Frankies out in RTP. We ran the slick track! Was fun as hell. Last time we went we did the road course, I think I like it better for driving skills so to speak but it was fun as **** to drift this time on the slick track! It's $6.50 a run but worth it. We may hit the one in Garner sometime to check it out, and there is a good one in Charlotte they've been to.
Yeah, we really went karting at Frankies. I was sore the next morning from when Greg T-Boned me.
Oh yeah, I have Racing Beat springs on my RX-7 (but with Tokico blue struts) and the ride is great. It's great for that "stock plus" ride-better performance than the original equipment, but still a nice soft street ride. I would have gotten AGX's on the FB instead of Tokico, but they do not have a front strut available for my car.
Also, I wouldn't use the AGX's if you are planning on lowering the car much...they tend to blow out quickly if you do that. Also, speaking of lowering, the RB springs are supposed to lower the car 3/4 of an inch, but on many cars (including mine) it actually RAISED the car half an inch due to the stock sagging springs.

Whats up Railegh Rotorheads?
I went Karting yesterday at VIR They have an awesom track We had the track for 30 min but I quit after 25. ( completely worn out) This is no family track The carts are fast .You CANNOT hold the trottle wide open you will run off the track. I had about 75lbs extra weight than some of the people we went with. We need to look at doing this some time.
Ill definatly make the MSCC BBQ and will bring " Grace" provided noone does a licence plate check.
Greg., that damn post office; I still didnt get the DVD you sent.
Johny

Ummm, sorry Johny, I suck. I've missed hooking up with Gary the last 3 meets. I'm just going to go ahead and send the other stuff on to you and when I can get hold of it send it also.
I forgot about their track, sounds like fun! I'd love to hit that one some time!

I'd love to go karting sometime too. Maybe we can hit the one Johny's talking about when we're at VIR for the RBQ, sometime that weekend. I'm down for whenever as long as I'm not working. So it'd have to be on the weekend sometime.
Hey Johny, I never thought of that, you can actually register just ONE of your cars and use the plate on any of them, as long as you're only driving one at a time of course, haha.

Thanks for the feedback on the KYBs and Racing Beat springs. I'm in no hurry but definitely want to get the springs ordered soon once I decide. Most likely I'll just order the RB springs.
Speaking of Karting, did anyone see that Rush Hour Karting in Raleigh (http://rushhourkarting.com/leagues.html) is hosting league racing starting in August ? Kind of like bowlng league night, but no funny shoes ! At $48 a week, it's a bit pricey but probably worth it for the track time. I'm thinking of registering, but would be nice to see other rotor heads out there as well.

Oh I forgot all about the MG! That was such a sweet little set-up in that car. I would love to take it for a spin. Hope he makes it out some more. Real nice guy, was a pleasure to meet him.

hope to make it happen. i just bought the LS1 drivetrain, and should be bringing her home this weekend, and will be ordering the hinson kit this Friday. With any luck I should have the kit by the end of the month. i will be working on wiring until then. dropping the engine in place should hopefully be a one day event. just so nobody is dissappointed the LS1 will be going in stock for now, with mods to come once I am sure everything is setup correctly.

^What exactly do you do for work again? And do they have any job openings right now? I'll mop the floor, I don't care. I'd still be making more than I'm making now apparently, haha.
lol, just been killing the overtime, plus selling all my parts paid for a big chunk of the engine, with some more coming back to me soon. plus i have been working the corner of glenwood and hillsborough in raleigh. LOL
EDIT:not to mention the FD hadn't sucked any of my money out of the bank account for about a year.

(Hey... you should, too. Maybe you need to check your account balance.)
Cutting back on extra expenses... like girlfriends... can really help you focus on bigger priorities, like car mods.

(That's why I don't date women.)
