Not Greg... just David. You seem to forget that my boyfriend's a sailor. Although I think I corrupted David more than he's corrupted me.

If you're bored and nothing to do Friday night.... I'll be playing at Northside Billairds at 9PM. Whitaker Mill Road just off Wake Forest Road, where Snoopys is at.

Alright, on the SAFC setup, the arrow should be pointing up. The Cylinders should be set on 4. There is another setting, i dont remeber what it is called, but the first one should be set on 20 and the other should be on 50. I'm pretty sure thats right, check your manual though and make sure though.

Hope all of ya'll are having a good newyears eve, i get to spend mine at work till 5.

hey guys, I've been vacant for a while but I plan to be back in the game by the end of summer. Anyone think they can help me locate an NA engine for my 88 vert? I won't have any money till prob. July or Aug but if someone might know where I can find a decent engine. Also, where/ when do yall meet again? I might be able to make Feb.

Meets are on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month at 5:30pm at Char Grill on Strickland Road just off of Six Forks Road. For all your engine needs.... just kidding. Do you need a rebuild or don't have one? Guy here in the area does great rebuilds (anyone know how to get hold of Bruce?) and Steve (aka Smoken) might have an engine laying around.

Wow, kinda weird to see a picture of my car up on the thread the first time in a while I'm able to post. Lol, I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and New Years. I've been working like crazy, and I've finally reached a calm period. I turned down a promotion since I'm going to start college on the 25th, and in doing so I won't be able to work 40 hours a week anymore.

Yes, my car still needs bearings. I stopped driving her the moment I could feel them start to go out. Like, the day and not a mile afterward.

I'm thinking about selling her, seeing as how I'll need most of the money I'll be making to go to school, which I see as more important than a car, even though it's hardly half as fun. Not to mention I won't be able to afford any repairs in the near future. As far as I know though, the bearings are all that need replacing. It does have a new clutch that I love and hate that I can finish breaking in.

I hate the fact that I think I bit off more than I could chew, but I've been trying to justify keeping the car and it's getting harder and harder to do as more and more of my money is going towards saving for school and buying me stuff like food and clothes.

Anyway, it sounds like everyone has had a good time with their cars since I last posted. I'm glad to hear that. As for right now I'm pimping my dad's Civic, and it's 100 or so whp and auto goodiness with an ear bursting fart cannon to boot. Lol. Oh well. I'll try to post more in the near future seeing as how I have a few more hours to myself now. And about my car, if you're interested, and I mean seriously, give me a call on 919-757-5227 or email me at dlpz2005@yahoo.com and make an offer, but I don't want people just "toying with the idea," or "testing the water," because I now more than ever realize what it requires to put into these cars in order to get out of them their huge potential.

Whats up Josh? Happy new year You missed some fun at VIR I got up to about 125mph on the front stretch.

Still haven't sorted all the details about the mansion, but we'll get it worked out soon. I would like for ALL our group to stay together one way or another.

I 've got my car down for a little bit. I had a coolant leak so I decided to fix a few worrysome problems. Oil pan leak (small ) and I also am getting a few things powdercoated.

yea i think after this next meet i am gonna rip the intake track off and try my hand at powdercoating it again, see if i can bake it to spec and get it to stick.

other than that an oil change is in order, and some other knick knacks. i wish i coulda made it to VIR, but work has had me going insane. life should be slowing down now, so i will be back in the game.
