I got my "stupid" Tiffany up and running I turned down the boost while I wait for my water inj kit. I cant believe Bert hasn't posted pics from the meet. (He usually has at least one or two of his car first and last ) I can't blame him though it's his camera.

Did Josh not show up because Dave was gonna hurt his feeling with his Neon? J/K

Hope to see yall at the next meet I talked to a guy with a FD (stock) he may travel down with me soon.

Dude... Greg said "Mad skilz" That's stupid tyte, yo!

...teehee... that SO made my day.

Wait a second... our next meet is in two weeks!! This 2nd/4th Saturday thing confuses me sometimes! Well cool! That means we'd have a meet right before Nopi, then Nopi, then a meet the week after!! YAY!

ok... so Greg and Johny both have hot women for their icons... and I KNOW they aren't their wives...

...otherwise, I'm jealous! LOL j/k

So does this mean I need to put a really hot guy as my icon? I'm sure the other 99% of this forum would love that!! Teehee.

Is there a ground somewhere in the driver side window relay? I think mine is not catching or something, b/c if I move it around (yes, it comes up, the switches that is) she'll start to work.

I'm guessing that you are talking about exhaust. It is well worth the money. From the price that you quoted, i'm guessing that you are speaking of the 3" back Racing Beat system. It is really a great exhaust system and well worth the money in my opinion. It flows really well, but it isn't that loud untill you really get on it.

If you go with the exhaust, you will run into some problems. First off you want be able to pass emisions, but that want be a problem because in most counties you dont have to pass the sniffer any more, but they do look under the car for a convertor.
If you get the exhaust, you will also need to get what is called a fuel cut defensor or FCD, they run about $90 if i recall.
The last problem is that you will probably encounter what is called boost spike. The cause of this is that the port for the wastegate is too small. To fix this, you have to remove the turbo and port the wastegate. It's not exspensive to do, just time consuming. If you have never removed the turbo before, it can be pretty frustrating.

You might want to just try taking the switch apart at make sure that the button is making proper contact with the actual switch. I was having an issue where my switch was acting funny on the drivers side, it turns out the spring that provides resistance for the button was out of place, but I accidentally broke something in the button when taking it apart...

Yea, I'm not too worried about emissions here in F-town. And I know a guy up at Jiffy Lube. Jesse mentioned a spare FCD he would sell me. I might need some help with that wastegate porting. I've removed exhaust before, but never a turbo. And I don't have a grinder of any sort.

BTW, I really want to see pictures of my car, pleaseeeeeeeeee put them online Bert! I hate being poor...lol...I can't wait till my 90 day grace period is up at Staples so I can start making bonus.

Had to replace the Hard drive on my home PC and getting reloading the software is a problem. Can't find a good driver for the monitor. As soon as its up and working I can reload my digital camera software and edit the pics and get them posted. It will be up as soon as I can get the pics downloaded.

Patience, you are a rotary owner, patience is not only a virtue in the rotary world it is a necessity! The world you now exist in doesn't always work as fast as your rotary world, sometimes you have to wait on reality!

BTW, I'm not trying to rush you or anything. Lol, I just really want to see a picture of it and show my friends who keep bugging me. Take all the time you need, I've had about 4 computers that reminded me of rotaries. Awesome when working, a pain in the butt when not.

Just went to fill my tank up... cuz I heard on the news they were supposed to raise the prices tomorrow.

Well, on raleighgasprices.com, Murphy USA on New Bern and New Hope (In wal-mart parking lot) was the cheapest, so I went there.

People were lined up, and when I got my turn, I saw that regular (87) and mid-grade (89) was out of order, and the teller announced to everyone that they only had Premium (93), so they dropped the price to the regular grade price... $2.44 a gallon!!

...So I just filled the 7 with 93 octane at 2.44 a gallon. Teehee. Tried calling as many people as I could... it was about 10:40PM by the time I was able to get my car out of the way of all the other people. LOL... so hopefully if they're still open, GO FILL YOUR TANK!

My baby got backed into today Fortunately, it's a easy to fix dent from what I can see. It's on the back left quarterpanel. Also, the person who did it is someone I know and is very nice and willing to help restore the car back to new, through insurance of course. I can't wait to get it fixed, but nothing's broke, so I can wait a short while. Maybe this is a sign that I should remember to go about slowly working on her and focus on paying it off.

You know what's fun? Waking up at 5am for no reason when you don't have to get up till 8:30am. Walking around the house going, this sucks, wonder what I could do. Looking out the door and seeing the T2 sitting there and thinking....hrmmm gas is going up, maybe way up and this puppy takes 93 octane and is on empty. Deciding that it would be a wondeful day to take the T2 out for a gas run, quick car wash, and a nice little highway cruise all the way around Raleigh. Life is good, now I'm going back to sleep.

The 'vert as of yesterday, 20mpg on a tank with it being mostly city driving and I run it pretty hard. BTW, gas this morning for the Turbo at the BP station where I get it was $2.75 for premium and $2.49 for regular but this was at 6am.
