Old guys with 12As club meeting
Congratulations! That was fun to watch. My mustang was like that where it doubled in the last day. Most of the action in the BAT auctions is first and last day when they are in the email. The days I between can be disconcerting for a seller but it usually turns out good in the end.
Any rate, when my savings account hits 4k I dump it on the FB (I might go way over budget but the 4k is the starting point). Till then I am gonna put the insurance back on it and DRIVE. Might even go up and see you guys at deals gap this year IDK.

Haven't really made a decision on coming up for DGRR. Pretty sure the 7 is good to go. IDK if its because the 7's been sitting or what but its getting hard to shift. I might go up in the expensive VW and only for a couple of days. I had a diving trip planed for a week after DGRR so it'd be weird to take too much vacation all at once.
Heck yeah! Glad to see it jump in the end. Did anyone come one an look at the car in person, or were all the bids based solely off the photos/ad? I've always wondered that with BAT.

I got nothing to hide, but I don't know what less than scrupulous sellers will experience. They might have some kind of lemon policy.

I am just tired of the S4 turbo. I want to try a ball bearing turbo. Same boost levels I run now, but on a ball bearing turbo.
I think I'm just gonna stick with the S4 turbo for a while; maybe a year. I wanna do a real nice build this time. Not a mid 20's guy build like last time, but a more mature almost 40 year old guy build.
