Made it there and had lots of fun as much as worries. My car started to get warmer than normal and not having a lot available to me had to make due. Flushed the system, removed the license plate from the front of the car, and took advantage of the downhills. Took about twelve hours to get home, but the car never overheated. Thanks to Bob and Richard who worried about my options. Until next year, or next time!
I made it up there... but I was detonating the whole way; I turned tail and ran home on the first day. Nothing is worse than being in the mountains with amazing roads, and a poor running engine.
That wasn't me but I know who you are talking about. I saw your car a few times but could never find you either! haha. Maybe next year!
Glad you made it back home safe!
Now I feel better about not having approached the guy with the dog! I parked the car and wander all over the place! Definitely next year or want of the meets. And thanks!

Sold my black FD on Wednesday, I was a little sad to see it go, but I think it went to a good home.
It's new owner lives near Los Angeles, he flew out here and is towing it all the way home. Says he's going to get the body cleaned up and repainted, it'll be nice to see it get that kind of lovin. It was a good car!
