Sorry to hear about the job Paul, that sucks. You too Nick, these are hard times for lots of folks.

Hang in there, this is the darkest hour but things will get better.

Paul I'm with Tommy on this one. Don't go back to Ohio, move to Atlanta.

Better weather, better economy, better friends.

And more Mazdas.

I'd be interested in your door seals if still available, please send me a pm with details and a price.

Merry Christmas, Happy New Years OGTA's!

ray it would be easier if I could take a few good pics and text them to you. Can you PM me a number? I’ve had these items for a number of years but they were always in the bags, always in a dark dry place. Extremely well preserved. I’m guessing these to be originally purchased in the mid to late 90’s. I’m not looking for big bucks. Any fair price plus shipping would do with me. But you really should let me send you pics so you can be sure which ones you are interested in.

Thanks Paul, sounds good. Please text to 706-658-5538.

Now about moving to Atlanta, are you seriously considering it or what?

The state could use a few more conservatives, it's been turning kind of blue lately.

Plus, Miatas are allowed at the OGTA meetings and even admired, yours would be a hit.

Ray if you’re not careful I’m gonna like you!! Ha! Thank you for the kind words. We are hoping to go home to Ohio. I’m hoping there is an opening there and will be exploring it between holidays. you have no idea how much I appreciate the Miata invite to OGTA. It’s another damn fine Mazda for sure.

Sorry to hear you're moving further away Paul! I wish you the best of luck in Ohio, but don't forget about us!

I said goodbye to the burned up FB today, it is going to a good home. It's parts will live on in many cars- going into multiple SA's, an FB, FD, even a Repu!

Now to work on filling that empty parking spot with the White One II...

I'm just getting so overwhelmed with it lately. Cannot solve problems, and then keep chasing new ones. At 157k it is exhausting me. It's the only rotary that has left me stranded and had to be towed so many times. It was great, until about 150k.

Hell, my FD gave me better service overall.

Say 10 Hail Mary's and 5 Our Father's.

Then enter into a deep chanting meditation for 1 hour.

Like this:

... zoooom...zoooom....zoooom...

Also check with Tommy. He knows all about 4 door Wankels.

Hey Paul, thanks for checking in!

I hope the move is going well, if you're not too busy fill us in on your progress.

I'm checking out the parts, but I'm not too good at cell phones so this could take awhile.

Why don't you post them here?

And Holly, Tim's right. Don't sell!

already sold the rubber door parts today. All I have left is a 1984 Mazda Rx7 Shop Manual (the real deal) in great shape. I have owned it since 1987. All the pages are present and all still read like a new book. Front and back cover in Hood condition. I see these on eBay for anywhere up to $200.00. I’m not looking for that but any reasonable offer will be considered. I also have the front valance from my original 84 SE. it’s whole and not broken or cracked but it will need to be refinished. It is Black. I also have One used Igniter that I paid $100.00 for. Again reasonable offer.. last but not least I have heater core unit entire box blower unit that I purchased a couple years ago. It’s only for the 84-85 SE (I think). The guy I bought it from on eBay was reputable and told me it came out of an SE with 75k. Pics below.. pm me if interest in individual or package price. The Mrs and I just trying to get light before we move to places Unknown.

I think that is all I left of my Award Winning Black Rx7 GSLSE!! Lol.. pm if interest. Thanks guys!! You all Da Best!

Hello Paul! I am profoundly sorry about your situation! But I know how strong and determined you are, so I know you will keep on trucking! Good luck in your future endeavors, and like they said, "there is no place like home"

Hello OGTA!

Greetings from the deep SE, cold SE at that. Hope everyone is having a good new year so far and that you all are doing well! First, Paul, I will miss you once again, good luck. Second, decided to keep my RX7, I couldn't come up with an amount of money, or a realistic amount of money to let it go, so I will continue to enjoy it. Ray, let me know when it would be a good time to come and visit with you and pick up some, parts, if they still availlable to get the silver 84 on the road. Looking forward to seeing you guys in the near future. brapp, brapp, brapp!

That's good news. The LE needs to stretch her legs.

And Carlos, nice move keeping the SE!

1st gens are just starting to take off in the rare care market, 5 figures is the new base price.

There's still lots of parts left, although Brett picked up the GSL seats last week for his new project.

But I still have a decent pair from the LE you can have.

And Greg, don't you have one of those exotic Del Horto carburetors installed?

That adds another $2,000 at least.
