That Fc nowadays would run a premium a week before race wars.....lol.

Tomorrow we find out what's going on with Ericas ride, and the current situation with wheels looks like some five spoke 16x7.5s, some rx8 OEM or this set of OEM vert wheels that are green that we will have to strip and refinish.

FC looks clean.

What all did you to refresh the fuel system? It such a great feeling when you replaced all the fuel stuff and not have to worry about it leaking.

And yea removing all that emission stuff and cleaning underneath the UIM makes maintenance so much easier. I've taking mine off so many times i can prob do it blind folded now.

Not sure what model you have but i have a touring, wasn't using my cruise control, so i fabbed up an existing bracket and use a FC NA throttle cable which is shorter and it really cleaned up the area.

im sending her a couple primary injectors, a more quick test would be to swap the wiring between the primary and secondaries at the ECU. the only other possibility is a broken ground wire on the ECU harness or faulty resistor pack however i sold all the resistor packs i had on hand, unless i trip over another one in the shop hiding somewhere.

ive yet to see a lead coil fail on only one side, so the only bits left are the wires, spark plugs and injectors/wiring/ECU as suspect. swapping the wires at the ECU will at least point to the latter as the cause, which it is sounding to be most likely since the wires and plugs were changed after i left. the injectors that need to be swapped are under the intake manifold though..

Wanna see what a nikki can do? I'm gonna make the trip from Columbia out to OGTA on the first of December and you can see the turbo nikki on a 13B.

why not go with the hitachi instead? it's a simpler carb and already starts larger than the nikki. they're built almost identical as well.

I just did a quick search and looked at some pics of Hitachi's. They are backwards! I guess made for the reverse manifold 13bs? Yeah, more simple and bigger.

Mike you got the rumor wrong.

It's actually that PA guy Kevin, he's cruising into town for a few days and wanting to do some damage.

Also this other guy James is bringing his Outlaw Turbo 12A down the Interstate, hoping to outrun the GA ST Patrol all the way from the South Carolina border.

And Martin, the Alabama Rambler, really does have a PS box, he just wants to surprise you at the meeting.

Who knows, Ben and Robert might even show up.

Should be quite a party.

Are you trying to stay original? If not, doesn't a Miata transmission work?

EDIT: Anybody got a series 4 turbo for sale? And or a RB muffler?

So looks like Erica is probably going to have to sell her Rx to buy something running. She has been lucky enough to have her grandmothers car to drive up till this point but something has now come up where that will not be a possibility any longer. She wants to keep the rx but she is now in a situation that dictates otherwise due to work, as she will not have any transportation in a few days and doesn't have the luxury of working on it any longer. It is a 1988 convertible with a motor that has JUST been rebuilt (0 miles) and is currently running on one rotor to what may be a fuel issue (injectors). Inquiries can be sent to me directly as I typically negotiate on her behalf anyway, running trades ARE accepted.

Very pretty but buyer beware.

None of the gauges and electronics work and the are by Lucas, Prince of Darkness, so they may never work again.

An ode of ray: "A kilted girl walked by in a skirt and I stared so hard that it hurt, now I'm only here for an ice cold beer, but I'm sure to stay for dessert." Lmao couldn't help but repost that here.

I'm actually wanting it to convert a 4 speed rx4 to 5 speed, the sa shifter is longer and in the right location for what I need.

You got SA's coming out your butt Kevin, I'm still getting calls about that orange one you sold.

Somebody let Cam in on the joke, I actually like FC's and I could care less about LBW's and plaid stuff.

OGTA is tomorrow night. The forecast looks perfect... if you want to go inside and drink beer. Which works for me. It is a little hard to follow all of Ray's ranting, so who's planning to be there?

If someone shows up with PS unit, their beer is on me.

It's rambling Mike, not ranting. Ranting is what Republicans do.

And yes I'll be there at the Taco Hack tomorrow night, I hear they have some really nice BLT's on Tuesday evenings.

About the PS, I checked the parts pile to be sure, but alas no PS boxes were to be found, sorry.

There is one on ebay however, I was thinking maybe we could chip in and get it for you for Christmas:

Also, I found this ad on Craigslist for a nice looking FD located right here in Jefferson, only $1500.

Has anybody checked into this yet? I sent him (her) an email but haven't heard back.

I replaced everything minus the rails themselves and injectors (which were replaced 15K miles ago by the PO). Glad to get it all done, you're right about it being so clean and simple looking. Now I just need to figure out my vac leak...

I've seen that picture before, most likely a sham.

I plan on making it out tomorrow, FD permitting...
