Update! So Ericas new s4 na short lock is currently being built for her in FL! Will be delivered in about two weeks, so anyone who was interested in helping her install it and get that pretty vert back on the road (I know Tommy said he wanted to), please let me know so we can figure the best possible way to make that happen! There will also either be a new bushing install on the old transmission unless I can find a good s4 trans for her for cheap in which case we will be giving away her old one most likely just for the sake of room. (shifts fine, no grinds, just needs bushings)

Stock 6 port, she wants to also switch back to a standard clutch rather than the racing clutch that's on her car now, no additional porting.

Found a trans for $150 locally and a second for $200 in west GA, but ill ask her and see what she says evo

What do you mean bushings? The mounts? Or the shifter bushings? New mounts are $40-$50. If the shifter is sloppy, that can be fixed for $30 ish. Not trying to take a sale from Evo, just trying to help Erica's wallet.

Careful Brett, you're starting to sound like an old guy. Next you'll be telling them to
use hockey pucks for the motor mounts cause its cheaper and better.

Well even before I pulled out my camera, he gave me a smug look, as soon as we pulled up beside him. I was trying to get his attention but he wouldn't even look over directly at me. Just kept looking at the car I was in

Cam, you've got to admit you looked pretty curious, a young dude passenger in a Sentra taking pictures of Old Guys cruising in their SA's.

But nice grab, I hope he shows up at a meeting some day.

Picked up some t2 OEM sideskirts for the convertible this week, along with some other goodies to be revealed later...

Saturday Erica and I will be starting to pull her motor out to get ready for the new one that's going in. We will be doing it at her house in Gainesville, so if you are interested in helping, we could definitely use the help, ill be trying to transport the engine hoist in my vert, that's gonna be fun.

I lived in Leverett MA, near Amherst, for about 15 years.

If you need an excuse to move, let me know. Too much snow, not enough rotors.

Time to move to GA.

OGTA meetings are just one of the perks, lot's of other good stuff too.

Like diversity, something you guys won't see until the snow melts in February.

The next OGTA meeting is October 5, 6:30 pm in the parking lot at the Shrinking Kilt Buford GA.

Be there (rumor is the LBW will be too).

I noticed all that snow you guys had up in Massachusetts last winter. And chuckled.

We learned a long time ago to not change the meeting place without good reason. Tradition speaks louder than whim.
