Then it might just be depressing for him. Lol.
Invited a guy to the meet who has an '85 or '84 Gs but its all dependant on the MSD install being finished.

Dudes, look what the UPS lady brought me today.

It's an S2 dash in excellent condition that I got on ebay for $30 plus a bit more for shipping.

It took two years to find one, but this one was worth the wait.

It's from Washington State, the land where the sun don't shine, and it's the perfect answer for the White One II project.

There's currently another one of these up for sale on ebay that's similar, but not quite as nice, for $1200.

That spotless S2 dash is worth more than $1200 to me, thank you very much.

Kind of like the Train Wreck 12A.

Priceless.

You been busy Robert.

What you say we get together and discuss the progress at the next OGTA meeting?

That'd be July 7, according to my calendar (7-7-15, a lot of 7's).

We can get Martin and James and Kevin and Mike and Tim and all those other out-of-staters to show up and have a swap meet.

I have a **** load of parts I need to give away.

What you think?

FD- 3 means .75 points
FE- 2 equals .25 points
Mazda 2- 1 is .0625
Supra- 1 no points, not Mazda but thanks for coming.

Yeah Michael you'll have to take a sick day from work lol.
It was a good turn out, we had a lot of fun and enjoyed meeting everyone. We'll definitely have to try and make the 7/7 one.

Wow, nice turn out. Looks like you guys had some fun. Was the LBW there?

Cameron, do you have some names to attach to those Rotary Units? If not, ask Holly, she knows. Post those pics!!!

I think 7/7 is shaping up to be something special, with Robert coming in from Alabama and Michael and Kevin cruising down from Carolina.

Be good to see Tim too, maybe even Tina, if they start feeling young again.

Who knows, Mike might even fly in from Tuscon.

Eva said she'd come if the guys Mike refuses to introduce her to are there (Me, Tim, Robert, most of the rest of you guys, etc).

And we can have a swap meet in the Shrinking Kilt parking lot, the manager will love that.

Be good to see the father-in-law too Kevin, bring him along if you can. The wife too, if you're still married.

I don't get the bee part, please fill me in (I'm used to it, you young folks speak in forks, without proper capitalization, punctuation or spelling).

I like the parts swap idea. I suggest we start a list of exchangeable parts by people who expect to be at 7/7.

And a second list of requests by people who expect to be at 7/7.

Then we can mix and match.

Only restriction is currency. It needs to be beer, barter or swap.

None of that funny green stuff.

If it were me, I'd put a new one in or at least an aftermarket unit that's in good shape. The original radiators are getting really old, probably not nearly as efficient as when new, and they only had two cores. Most of the aftermarket units have 3.

Radiator.com has one in stock for $227 plus tax:

Radiator 97 IN STOCK $227.00*

https://www.radiator.com/locations/l...eville-georgia

And Rockauto.com has one for $155 and another one listed at $161:

SPECTRA PREMIUM / COOLING DEPOT Part # CU97 $141.79 ($161 shipped)

APDI/PRO Part # 8010097 $143.79 ($155 shipped)

The newer ones are 3 core and the original was 2 core? That's funny, because on our Jeep, I found just the opposite. I had to really scrouge around to find a new, 3-core unit. AutoZone has new ones for the 7 for about $150. I'll check to see how many cores they are.
Thanks Ray.

There is an ad for two 80 SAs for $550 on CL in Norcross, for those who care. And a straight bodied roller 79 for 950.

Not sure if GS radiator is the same as a GSL-SE but I've got the later that's available.
