Old guys with 12As club meeting
Thanks guys, I even got a job offer, 2014 should be a good year
I'd be one step closer to bringing the new FB to the January OGTA meet if I only had some parts... https://www.rx7club.com/se-sale-want.../#post11642504

Used shifter plates and boots are hard to find, one without broken pins are virtually nonexistent.
But here's a new one, if you want to shell out the cash:

I washed a few cars this evening since the weather was decent. Then I played around with the FB and came to the conclusion that it isn't running lean. I pulled the plugs and they were a brown color, not much white at all. The leading ones looked slightly wet too. So that plus the fact that the car pulls harder than the FC has me convinced that it runs fine...
I ordered a few new leading FC plugs, they should be here tomorrow so I'll go ahead and hook up the direct fire ignition set up using a spare FC leading coil and use 2 FC leading plugs in the FB. I also bought a Moog idler arm and clutch slave cylinder for the FB. I think I might need someones help tightening the steering box up. Also, I'm probably going to need to replace both the brake and clutch master cylinders. And then there's the oil cooler leak, I guess it's a pain to find a good GSL-SE oil cooler.
I ordered a header too. I want to try and make my own inexpensive exhaust. My current plan is to put a muffler or 2 after the header, then use the stock muffler at the end of the exhaust. I still need to research some more, though. I want the additional power of adding a header but I don't want it to be loud. I must be getting old
Anywho, I got a decent picture I wanted to post up.

Brett, that SE looks nice and staight. It actually crossed my mind to make an offer on this car, but I just don't want to part with my dual webers and they need a 4 port intake. But, it looks like a really straight, clean car.
The wife and I took the FB out to Gainesville for dinner tonight, you know, to test out the 2nd gen direct fire ignition upgrade and what not. I hit a rock or something on our way home, and now I've got a little bit of a problem...
BFH = "Big F------- Hammer"? I have a couple LE rims with the same problem.
Brett, you know that car used to have a mint red leather interior in it don't you? Crit took it out (I got the driver's seat) because he wanted it to be black.
