Old guys with 12As club meeting
Nice work Tim. I hope you make it down. I want to get a look at your relay setup. I have to this. I can listen to the fuel pump change speeds everytime I use anything draws electricity.
Yellow and red and then some Alex, I hope that beauty is headed for your back yard. Right?

I saw this on the CBS new this evening, it's the long awaited Ronald Ray Gun.

Yep, you're sure right about that Mike.
We've had the proof of concept in hand for a 250 HP, 50 mpg Hydrogen powered 12A since '06. We continue to submit at least a half dozen proposals on the concept every year.
But the Republicans keep cutting the grants.
But, if as expected, Obama landslides the election and coattails majorities in the senate and house, we're looking at some Serious Change.
12A Change, I'm talking about.
Expect to see a whole new fleet of hydrogen powered 12A vehicles by 2015, with the FB at the helm. Complete with air bags, GPS and WIFI.
Mazda has sat on the idea long enough, time for the US to take over.

Does anybody live in or near Fayetteville who is planning to attend next Tuesday's OGTA meeting or the Mitty?
We have a car part purchased on ebay that needs to be picked up in Fayettevill and delivered to one of OGTA's most distinguished members via either the OGTA meeting or the Mitty.
Thanks,
Ray

Yeah, hydrogen has been the answer for some time, in my mind. Last I read though the horsepower was about 1/3 of a gasoline engine of the same size. Are you serious about 250 hp? If so, sign me up for one of those Obama 12As. But I don't want the airbags, GPS and WIFI. I'll just stick it in the Blue One and be good to go.
Hey, you think my dual Webers will work with hydrogen.

That's great news Kevin, see you Tuesday.
Mike, what you read about reduced HP for hydrogen powered engines applies only to boingers, they need the extra heft to keep the valves from popping off from the hydrogen combustion.
But not a problem for the 12A, it just spins around faster under the pressure of hydrogen combustion. In fact the original stock housings and rotors work fine in the hydrogen unit.
We did slip some funding for the project in with the Obamacare package, I'm hoping the Supremes don't notice as they try to pick Obamacare apart over the next few weeks.

Ray thanks for the broadcast to the group.
If anyone feels up to it IM me here on the forum and I'll get you the contact
details. Heres a pic of what I bought. Its a partial center console for an F150
truck. I'll be down for the OGTA meet this Tuesday and then later in April
I'll be here for the Mitty. Worse case is I will go pick it up during the Mitty weekend
I just thought if someone might be near there it could be grabbed for me sooner.
See you all on Tuesday.
I just realized im going to the braves game tomorrow night, so I wont be at the OGTA meet this month. I was gonna bring the FD too. Oh well. Cya in May or at DGRR for those going.
Ray;
Thanks again for all of the help with the new Tie Rods and the alignment. The car steers 100% better. No more wandering! I don't think I could have done as good of a job by myself.
I've got to go see my tax guy on Tuesday so I don't think I'll be done in time to make the meeting, but I'll be thinking about ya's.
