On a side note, it's my birthday...I'm happily down in Riverdale with Craig tucked nice and tight into his warm bed. The not so good part is I got pulled over tonight because some stupid bitch almost hit me, a cop saw it, and claimed I was failing to yield to this chick. But "Because your birthday is in a few hours, I'll just give you a warning." - Asshat...

With apologies for raising the tenor of the conversation a bit, did you guys hear Obama's Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech? Fantastic, it really explains our country's position on war and peace to the rest of the world in terms anybody can understand. I highly recommend giving it a listen if you haven't already.

Thanks Tim. If it's any good to you, Hannah took sick AFTER I had already decided I couldn't make the meeting because of other factors, but it's a good thing I was home, she started developing the symptoms right around 6:00 pm. So go ahead and harass me if you want, it'll probably do some good.

i heard it, and wholeheartedly agree. Wars are necessary. **** happens. I fought my way to baghdad because the world was plagued by a bad guy, and it was the world's responsibility to fix it.

hey guys, some of u know sam(bad 83) from the xroads thread:
word is he's doing better and is awake and recognizing ppl. i posted there and thought i'd let u guys know. how bout we all send a card, flowers, ballons, etc. between us and the xroads guys, that room will be wall to wall.
Sam is in the ICU at Charlotte's Carolian Med. Me and him was working on a home made 4 wheeler and he fliped it on the road and he landed on his head and did not come too. And so I was scared shi#liss Called the po po and went from there. He has a Skull Fracture and some swelling of the brain. I called Bev just now and he is doing better and is concious now and recogonizing people. So lets keep him in our prayers.

Just a note, I saw Mike and the Gray Ghost doing the speed limit on 85 this evening, looked like he was headed for an exit or something. Mike, you need to put your headlights up when it's getting dark, keeping them down doesn't save that much electricity.
