So...guys, the question remains...should I keep mine?

Everyone might be biased and say the obvious answer: yes.

But here's what I need done:
Brake Master Cylinder (anyone got one for sale or know a cheap vendor? :3)
Both Driver and Passenger Door. (any difficulty on replacing?)
New Exhaust (anyone? or should I straight pipe it)
Paint Job from maaco $249..LOL

any who, I wish I had this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I6pJIKw-_eU&NR=1

minus the stripes and if the bottom half was painted black..

Ray, mind if I get up there around 11 or noon tomorrow? I've got a few goodies in the car that we could tinker with.

Brett, if you wouldn't mind swinging by my house on your way to Ray's (Since you'll be passing literally right by my subdivision) and picking up his Jack and Stands from me to bring back to him, I'd appreciate it. If you guys are meeting that early, I may be able to swing by myself, depending how my phone call with Eddie Bauer goes. If I don't answer or whatever, I may still be sleeping... just come in the house and wake my *** up lol

Yes, bolt pattern is the same. You will need the 6MM studs that protrude out the bottom of the pedestal. They slide right thru the rear iron (even thought the holes are threaded 8mm) and then nuts from the backside.

11:00 am works Brett and Collin, however you guys work it out. Much better than 7:00 am!

Kevin of course we want you to keep it and really, from the list you provide, it's not that bad. I have a pair of decent doors you can have, you can find a brake master at rockauto or ebay for a decent prices, there are lots of options for the exhaust and save the painting for last.

At the very least fixing these things will bring you a decent resale price if you decide to sell it.

Thanks Billy! I appreciate it.
Ray, I will say I like the Beehive as well. It does look good, but I am afraid it is no longer functioning with the mods I have done to my car.

Glad you like the 77 idle jets Greg. I got my 80s and they're plenty for me so consider the 77s yours, they should make the 7 much more fun to drive at the limit compaired to the 75s.

Bad thing it that the money I got from the car will have to be used to get my door on my truck fixed where some jack a@@ decided he wanted to try and break in at the atlanta zoo. Man, I hate stupid people!

I say build the one with black interior! Black interior is timeless and sexy!
You need to get on respeed and get the parts you can use. Not real sure on your specs but he has a bunch of sweet parts.

Anyone got some spare ignighters? Karl is in desperate need. We got his car running really well and his tach was acting up but the car ran beautifully. Well today he called me and said all of a sudden his car went back to the old sputtering backfiring POS he limped home the day we picked it up. I know, that what fixed that the first time was hooking up his leading coil and trailing coil to the correct points on the distributor fixed it, so I am almost sure that these ignighters are the problem.

Oh and I want to add Karl is willing to pay for the ignighters and if anyone has the contact information of the guy who was selling the motors and transmissions @ ZF, he sold me an ignighter for $10, and Karl would be willing to buy more from him if he has any left.

Any of you OGTA's have a stock 12A intake manifold for a FB ( 81)? I need a stock non-ported manifold for my car. I had given mine to Yayo420 I think last year sometime. I have a "ported" manifold that is on the car for trade or just let me know how much> Thanks guys and gals. I have stock solenoids and will have black interior pieces from a 81' as well for trade if anyone is in need. All interior other than the dash area is coming out.
