Guys, when we were having dinner after last nights meet, I think it was Chris and Holly who were talking about checking out a video of someone doing drifting or spinning around some guy. Basically he was doing amazing things with his car. I cannot remember what the name of the guy was. I am trying to find it on you tube. Any help would be appreciated.

I thought the same thing when he pulled in. And I thought, 'Holy crap that looks awesome.' The body and paint besides the hood looks perfect. We should find him a hood that matches so it looks completely ballin

SO, I got an offer on the 'vert today. Well I really told him if he would pick it up soon he could have it for $400. And I've made nothing but profit on the car, so I'll give it up.

But yeah, pics soon.

Brett, you are on to something. I don't know what ballin means, but I assume that is good. If anyone sees a tornado gray parts car with a half way decent hood (and headlight cover) let me know. I think this color is only 84 & 85, but I will have to check.

Did you guys notice my new avatar? I liked the picture of my clean car so much I made it my avatar.

That was great meet this week. It was too bad it was cinco de Mayo. I would have been so cool to have only rotarys (and special guests) in the pictures.

There's a nice one on Crit's car, maybe we could sneak over there one night....

Nice pictures along with the great idea Brett, you got some talent that rivals Chris' work. Young folks just see the world differently

Yes yes, it means something good Collin can spray paint pretty good- maybe you could talk him into painting your hood? He did my passenger mirror from white to black with black spray paint and clear coat, and it looks better than the other mirror that was professionally painted. Besides the scratches a bush made...

So I went to Collin's house today, and installed weather stripping in the door jams. Oh my GOD does it make the car quieter! I love it. It was $15 but it beat's Black Dragon Automotive's $125 per-door pre-fitted stuff. It doesn't look as nice, but you only see it when the doors are open, so no biggie.

We can't get Collin's aux ports working so we're thinking he needs to redo the pump actuator gasketting with some new gaskets and hylomar to get them pushing open with the air pump (redid the lines to open them with the air pump). Even with the pump wired directly to the ports, they don't open, which suggests they're not air tight and opening under 2-6 psi like they should, they also move by hand suuuper easy like it's not a closed system with pressure inside. Here's hoping we get them working right. good luck Collin!
