Yes he has. The price scares alot of people. It is as original as one gets today without being restored though. Unless you have a factory original one like a few people i know. I had quite a few SP's and kick myself in the butt for selling some of them. Billy had a nice impulse blue SP back in my younger years when I was in high school!
