They like us, but sometimes they like us out of the house too. After me being home all week Cathy is probably looking forward to Saturday for a little time to herself.

Hey Ray, are you taking delivery of a 12A core this weekend? I heard they grow pretty well up in NC.

I'm sorry to hear it, Stu. Ray's 12A was excited about meeting you.

Just a little clarification regarding the correct exit... It's exit 177. If coming from the SC side, it's the very first exit inside Georgia.

The REPU has had its test run, and all's well with the gearbox - time to bet 100 miles on it with the puppy. I'll be headed out soon, and I'll see y'all tomorrow. If anyone has questions or problems, give me a call.

Gee Stu, I hope she's OK. Let us know. Life in the Rotary South East is like a soap opera, all these things happen to mess up our plans. Hopefully at least Dave and me will get everything fixed up in time to make it to the Lake tomorrow!

Holly, the Exit number for Banks Crossing/Tanger/Wal-Mart is Exit 149

Is anyone following me left off the exit to grab some Starbucks before the trip?

I also have a co-driver for the ride up... Her name is Dot, she's an adorable lil hot dog. Wait until you guys see her car-seat! lol I think it'll be nice for Sophie to have someone to play with this year. Dot is even bringing some treats for Sophie.. Should prove fun. Crit, if Dena is entirely opposed to this, call me, and Dot will stay home with the rest of the fur children..

I'll be at CB in Braselton at 9:30am. I prolly won't eat anything there if that's what others are doing, 'cuz I'll be stopping by work for some coffee and a sammich. Again, 30% off to anyone who wants to come with me!

Taters are cookin'!

So here is the plan for the Atlanta caravan to the lake tomorrow:

Just get on I-85N and meet up at Cracker Barrel off of Exit 129. Meet at 9:30AM and leave at 10:00AM at the latest.

Then, we will stop in Commerce at Exit 149 before 10:30AM and leave at 11:00AM at the latest. (2 choices off of this exit)
1st choice: Turn left and follow Collin to Starbucks. Collin is offering his 30% discount. Grab coffee and/or breakfast there. Then meet everyone at Wal-Mart for leave time of 11:00AM:

2nd choice: Turn right go up the hill to the Wal-mart on the left. That way, if anyone needs to pick up beer, ice, anything else, we can get it there. And, Ray, or any others north of Exit 129 can go straight to the Commerce Exit, instead of driving south to go north. We should be at the Walmart before 10:30AM, then leave no later than 11:00AM.

Hey guys! I may be joining you and will get whatever I can when we meet up (probably beer). I have to stop by my store in Tanger before meeting you all anyway. I'm always down for Starbucks. I get something from the Commerce Starbucks at least 4 times a week. Looking forward to seeing you guys again. =)

Thank you Holly for letting me in on this awesome event.

Since Dave is probably not coming (leaky radiator), does someone want to pick up some burgers? I can get some, but I don't know where a store close to the lake would be. Heading out in a few minutes. See you guys in about 7hr.

Kent

If you guys want to grab the burgers and buns, just let me know what you spent and I will reimburse you guys. Unfortunatly there are no shorty rads to be had anywhere, So I will not be making it this year Sorry.

But please grab burger supplies and let me knowwho to pay. I am serious about this.

We'll miss you Dave! And maybe me too, but I'm not giving up yet. I need to put the radiator and master cylinder in, along with a bunch of plumbing for both, bleed the brakes and add some necessaries like a tail light, so I'll be missing the caravan and maybe lunch, but look for me in the early afternoon!

I will let the crew know when we get at Wal-Mart in Commerce. Those who don't have anything yet, can pick some up. Sorry you and Elizabeth won't be here this year. I hope you find your radiator, Dave.
