I'm with Crit, I'm not going to join the great Caravan debate. Holly has spoken, whatever she said I'm gonna do, I'll read her post on Saturday morning and follow the instructions.
For what it's worth, Ray, I advocated sitting on the onramp shoulder (pick a downhill one) in order to join the caravan - not stopping under the overpass.

Whenever or where ever two or more FB's are parked by the side of the road the Pendergrass Police will be there.

I'm going to shoot for the Cracker Barrel rendezvous so that Mike doesn't have to come pick me up and make me feel like an invalid. It's only a few miles up the road from here, it's always fun to race Andy and his 4 speed out on I85.

Then, I think we should stop in Commerce at the outlet exit. Turn right go up the hill to the Wal-mart on the left. That way, if anyone needs to pick up beer, ice, anything else, we can get it there. And, Ray, Collin and others north of Exit 129 can go straight to the Commerce Exit, instead of driving south to go north. We should be at the Walmart around 10:30AM, then leave no later than 11:00AM.

Oh Crit, you may need to post the map to the lake house again, for those of us who don't remember the turns and need to get directions.

Sound like a plan?

Tim, just come on up I-85 on Friday night to get on the north end of town. Zach is coming over from woodstock to stay with Jeremy, so he won't have the long drive in the morning. And I have extra rooms in my house too. So let us know if you want to be on the north side for Friday night, between Jeremy and I we can put you up.

Anyone else that way need to come up on Friday night?

And Collin, Could you add the Exit number for Commerce for our caravan on Saturday and repost it? Thanks!

It is funny that you guys are just trying to make me think I am barking orders and you follow. Heh, I know you guys do what you want. I just have a brilliant plan and you happened to agree, but just don't want to admit it that way.

See you guys Saturday, and some Friday.

Holly

Colin, how 'bout you sign up for buns. We've got 20 folks now, so I'd suggest that Mike get 3 packs of dogs rather than his original 2. Colin can get 3 packs of buns. Nobody has signed up for Burgers and buns, though, so that can go to Ray, maybe.

And we need more beer. This will be the hottest weekend of the summer, thus far.

That said, the revised list is as follows:

Crit and Dena (Crit) - Baked Potato Salad, propane for the grill and MARGARITAS !!!
Kevin (yayo420) - BURRR!, chips, drinks
Billy, Jackie, Brenden and Kiersten - Burger and dog buns x ?4? packs
BigIslandSevens( Dave And Elizabeth)- taco dip and chips/ tuna macc salad, Beer,Some burger patties
Ray - not sure yet, but I'll try to earn my keep.
Brett (BrettLinton7)- Drinks for us children, if work allows the time off
Holly (ROTORX7Holly) - Baked Bean Quintet or chocolate dessert & vino
Kent and Micki (gsl-se addict) - dessert, drinks, plates (maybe some other stuff..see what will work with travel)
Kory (workinprogress80)- for those of you who I haven't met I am part of the crossroads crew. Ill bring some 2 liters
Mike (msimonov) Hot Dogs (3 packs), water (case), beer
Stu (the jeezus) - Paper towels/napkins, beer, other things.
Roland Jr. and Amber -= maybe =-
Colin (iheartthewankel) - Hot dog buns x 3 packs, Burger buns x 3.
Collin (Acesanugal) - Mashed Taters
Jeremy (PureMdMa) - Beer and anything else needed
Tim (Cletus) - Beer and one pack of burger buns for Dave and Elizabeth.

Looks like we've got it covered. Like was said earlier, bring sunscreen, shades and a hat if you're so inclined. Don't forget some shorts that you can get in the water with. The way it's looking, the water may be a popular place to be.

Okay okay so I will bring 3 packs of hotdog and hamburger buns. Crit is it alright if I stay the night? I don't need a bed or anything just a pillow and a blanket. Also would it be alright if I bring my girlfriend? She would like to go to the lake and this weekend is the last weekend I get to spend with her before she starts school and I move downtown.

Colin, you're definitely welcome to stay the night, as is your girlfriend. Anything that keeps the sausage : vag ratio closer to even is a welcome addition.

Zach, I wasn't forgetting you, it's just that you never added yourself to the list.
