^ Whoa whoa, this thread wasn't made to make anyone feel left out I mean if you have questions that's cool and everyone is welcome to whatever's being discussed. Most of us are friends, because we've already meet each other at different meets and run-ins so don't feel left out. Everyone's real cool and I'll be sure to post RX-7/RX-8 meet dates on this thread. The next one will probably be in March or April.

It's just for the locals who have been here for a while Sonic is a pretty common meeting spot on Saturday nights. Granted, I tended to stay away from Sonic's because I don't feel right in that kind of crowd but a lot of good people still show up at those meets with really good cars. hey man relax. we dont hate you. tell us about your self and then come out and hang out. sonic is nothing more then a place everyone goes to meet up before the start driving around town racing. its not for everyone but it is fun if your safe about it. give it a shot. gas is cheep

 

Well, once again I'm unable to make it to Sonics again because on the way to work I heard something break and when I pulled into the parking lot I discovered my power steering pretty much died The actual bracket is split clean, right down the middle and the whole belt (still held together) and the bracket are resting in between my fan and my pulley system as fluid leaks from where the bearing should have been attached. SO if anyone has any a good S5 parts let me know, otherwise I'm gonna have to pay an arm and a leg for a new one on Monday. I should be able to still drive the car (even though I've never driven a car without any), but I don't want to risk anything until I get home and have a chance to make sure nothing else is screwed up.

I'm sick of stupid stuff breaking on this car I know it's 20 years old and I'm lucky enough that not too many major stuff have failed, but replacing parts is adding up!! I'm so close to selling this car before something major happens. Buying new parts every month is seriously pushing me to check out that Subaru RS on Craigslist or getting a Mustang (always wanted one) or even just a plain mid-size/small economy car of some kind And I really I can't afford to have my car just stop running one day, because I start my new job next month which is 40 minutes from home and will provide the nice chunk of income I've been looking for!!

Yeah it's cool man, and I remember meeting you at the Cars and Coffee meet thinking you were filipino. But after seeing the Korean sticker on your car I was like "Wait this guy's not Korean??" So I kinda figured you were either part black or part hispanic lol. Oh, and I PMed you my number.
