2 FC in OP last night, one red (faded), one white driving alongside each other on Blanding Blvd just past Kmart...around 6ish.
Anyone here? I was in the MB FD at the intersection light honking at you as you drove by.

Sup guys so what does everyone have planned this weekend? I'm hopin to meet up. I always seem to miss the local meets. Partially because I don't know the area very well. I'm just glad I met some of yall (Driven Impulse, FC3S Drift,Zzeeexloveer, etc) or I wouldn't know about this section of the forums! Quick question where do yall get your custom fab work done? I need to have an IC modified for SMIC fitment. Simple job imo but I live in an area with no resources. Hell all we have is a Wal-mart. That's why I'm glad it isn't a long drive to JAX.
^ I would PM broken_apex he's a master of FDs imo and local. In fact I'll try to give him a call to see if he can help you with that since (like many members) I'm not sure if he's checking the forums regularly or not.
Btw when do you guys want to set up this meet? I'm gonna be at Daytona during 4th of July weekend as well as the last weekend of July. So I'm thinking about either end of June or middle of July? And remember we want this event to be HUGE to make up for all the small meets. We're running short on time.
Hopefully I can round up enough money so I can order some Racing Beat parts
in time because my exhaust is shot but I'm also broke
!!

Dave, long time no talk man. Hows it goin
As for the meet, ill be good for July. Ill be out of town the last couple weekends in June.
Where would we hold this meet at?
Two of my choices would be::
Girvin Park is a nice spot as they have bbq grills and tables and such to eat at. Tennis court for the sporty types. Not really any parking spaces but the grass and dirt. Think I met Greg (red s4) there back when I had the white FC
There was a meet that I went to five years ago off of San Pablo Rd. The name was Castaway Island.
It was pretty nice there and had an abundance of parking spots. If I remember right there were probably around 50-60 rx7s of all years as well as other rotary vehicles. Afterwards we could cruise down Atlantic back up the beach and onto JTB.
If there are any other places that you can think of chime in. Im always up for new places.

So anyone in town have any ideas to my lil delimma? I posted in another part of the forum but didn't get much help. I'm hoping some locals could help me. This was my original post:
"So, I have an S5 Bridge-port that was originally carb'd when I got it. I took the liberty of swapping the carb setup with S5 TII port-matched intake manifolds, 465cc primaries and 720cc secondaries. I'm still trying to get the timing adjusted for more efficiency, but no matter where I position the timing, I get a sputtering/hesitation from 7k to 8k rpms. When it was carb'd, it went up to 9k rpms. Don't get me wrong, there's a huge acceleration/throttle response difference, but it's really annoying to have lost about 2k rpm "redline." I am running a stock N/A S5 computer and that might be the problem, but I figured there might be something else I can try to gain a higher rpm reading. Anyone with ideas, let me know."

July sounds good to me, just need the time and date so i can maybe get off work for that day or just come in a bit later since i always have to leave soon after getting to the meet spots :-(. Plus give me some time to get my body work done to my car and hopefully fully primered or painted by the time of the meet. If it Stops raining so the guy thats doing my body work can keep going.
I thought I would be running rich....but anyway I do want to go standalone, and was told to go Microtech. I just don't know which one's the best to use
550 amd 720's stock ecu is enough fuel to run my BNR 4 AT 15psi(stock ports s5 TII). wideband read 11.3 afr's
^^ do not try this at home heh. I did only 2 pulls and never used 3rd gear. And on a cool night. Injectors would of probably over heated or whatever.
ANyways. 460x2 and 720ccx2 sounds like enough.
But, I Have a wide band with the exhaust tip clip. Innovative. I live near terry parker high.
You could swing by one day and we could do a few pulls. THis will tell you if ur lean or rich up top.
1. CAr must have a working cig light 12v.
2. Car cannot have a cat. (must be "off-road")
OR if im free on SaT. Night. I could meet u at sonics to make the pulls.
