Turbovert is almost done. I used duct tape in the place of silicone couplers JUST TO GET IT STARTED because I've been waiting for like 3 weeks on mine to come in. But, it started, and that's as far as I've gotten.


Oh yeah. And I just bought a GSL-SE, but you can't add that to your Jax locator, since it'll be a loooooong time before she's done.

Well First i would like to know how your buddy ported this engine. WHen you say full bridge.
DID he bridge all 6 ports? What was done with the auxiliary ports mainly? IT has been said that bridging the aux = fail. I dont know this from personal experience but some members in here seem firm on this idea.

ABout the injectors. YOu cannot just throw injectors on there. Physically yes. BUt you will need a SAFC at the least. ANd im pretty sure u will only need 550's on your secondaries only.

Sup guys, looks like i might be looking for a 84-85 Rx7 with no motor. Seems i have found more rust on the car and it seems like it might not be worth saving. Found a 85 Gsl-se with no Motor, hopefully he still has it and i will go look at it and if its good gunna Purchase it ( if i can) and Swap my motor over.

 

try the only 2 550cc inj. on the secondary fuel rail.
This is the only way for stock ecu.

 

Im prolly going to send my ECU to Rtec and get them to set it for 720CC secondary injectors.

We just had an event this saturday, jun 13th, and man it was a BLAST!. Thanks to the corvett club for a great event.

I had some understeering issues since i run gay sport maxxes and my tires are 215f and 255 rears.
Im gonna try to get a pair of rims for the front so i can use atleast 245's int he front. And maybe some good rubber too. I should woop ***.


MY mods are. OLD/used JIC classics- intake cone- ssac turbo back exhaust. everything else besides the engine and rebuilt brakes has 180,000 plus miles

This may be one of my last meets as a 7 owner because with everything I've gone through with this car I'm putting her for sale, period. I'll start posting once I have it running where I want it and in great enough shape so the next owner can't complain or bitch because all the grunt work will have been done. i saw a red FC in the parking lot in front of a New York Barbers Shop by firehouse subs today. It was the corner of Blanding and Kingsley. Nice car, clean red paint, exhaust, black rims with a red trim---i think they were drag rims.

Anyways.... my car should be up and running, HOPEFULLY
in a month or so. bought almost everything just like three things left
and in about two weeks or so should have the engine porting done!!

^Congrats and damn did not know you were shooting for those numbers no wonder it took so long lol! And beware of the "three things left" and setting approximate time lengths because 90% of the time that doesn't happen, at least not with me xD especially since something usually breaks right afterward.

yeah that sounds like a pretty good description i have had it a couple months now been doing a few small things & trying to find a rx7 in the boneyards & yeah it runs good i put maybe 150miles on it so far.
