Once photo's are posted here, they are free! Just kidding. I did "steal" some to add to the video. I opoligize. I just hate that I'm the only one taking any video. It would be cool to compile two or three others to my vids. Maybe next time .

 

I've got at least 40 mins of vids from all of our meets but no way to make a video compilation... If you ever make a video compilation of all our meets let me know and i'll try and send them to ya!!

 

gosh that looked great, hate i missed it, hopefully i'll finally be able to make it to the next one. Everything looks good so far, but you never know....this past sunday going to the grad. parties/family reunions lol...had to call it an early day and get back home drop the transmission lol, its back on there now tho so, unless something else comes up, i should be there next month

 

i would help video but all my footage would be digi and crap since I have no tripod to help stableize in Joshs car.

If you can burn it to disk, the format doesnt matter. I can change the format to wmv. and use Windows Movie Maker to do what ever with it. Just bring it to the next meet and I will see what I can do with it. I plan on making a "meet" video from all the past footage. BTW, Josh I understand about you having to work. If I wind up getting the Sheriffs job, it will probably wind up causing me to miss some meets.

 

so i cant stand how slow my car is... i expect so much more from it. its only been running for 5 days and its already getting changed lol... the next time you guys see it. there should be some boost and nitrous on the car... NA is for the birds to damn slow for me

Well managed to squez the tires into the FD Had to remove the pass seat but they fit I took the car around back of the shop yesterday about 4 o'clock. ( as the GM had left for the day.......) Since i wasn't going to be at work sat due to other things I had to change them yesterday.

So I gave the video camera and digi to the co-workers. They "were" going to do the duties of recording. So I hop in rev to 4k and dump it. Within seconds the entire back od the shop and surrounding area business' were totaly engulfed in smoke. ..Grabbed second and really burned'em down.

Decided to stop and make sure i was still clear of all the watercraft and things in the back.....When the smoked cleared enough to see i looked to my partners in crime for approval.....They wre NOWHERE to be found,..hmmmm,..looked into the back shop door, and there stood gues who,....The GM!!;( uh ohhhhh! I got out of the car to go get my woopins. When i got over to him, all he could do was smile, shake his head in disbeliefe and walk away sighing and looking to the sky

So I don't know what's in store for me come Monday, Probably nada since he fires people on the spot for no reason at all.

So long story but no video. My partners ran like scared schoolgirls with dirty panties!!!But here are some I shot of the rubber that was still on the ground. suprisingly little in one spot but I sprayed everything behind the car with molten rubber





I still have the fronts. They have enough rubber left to have fun with so maybe I'll go out this weekend and blast those off instead on video. I will get it this time and share it

Hey whats up guys, quick question. Do we get emmisions test in the inspection we get in NC? I think I just saw them hook up to the computer and check the window tint.

 

96 ad newer is the only cars that are supposed to get hooked up to the machine. which is hardlined to Raleigh. They can actually watch the car get tested real time Anyways. everything earlier then 96 just gets a safety check and depending on where you go and how strict they are(big name stations , dealers etc..) they may do the visual inspection for a Cat,airpump, and other emissions gear fitted from the factory.

Thanks for the tins Patrick. I went ahead and broke that engine apart. Man that rear rotor is siezed to the e-shaft. The rear rotor and housing is shot. But I think that I might be able to salvage the front. We'll see

 

well dave we might being doing paint on the whole car. me and sam were on our way back from the mountains tonight and i stopped and got gas and hit the auto car wash. long story short the hinges broke on one of the pieces of the washer and tore some paint off the side of my rear quarter and dented it up and part of the door. got to call the owner monday and see if he wants to settle it now or in court.

 

Most of those "auto" car washes have a sign up that reads "Use at your own risk. Not responsible for damages". I hope you can work something out, but alot of those places get out of damages to cars. So, you want to come over and help me put a half-bridge together?

 

^^ Not responsible for damages, but when the wash is unkept and breaks causing car harm, it should be dealt with. I think the Use at your own risk thing is like if you have a truck and its too tall, knocking of fthe light rack or something of that nature.
