I77 & I40 Crossroads rotary meet
well, I most definitely will never race another bike again, lol, if you wanna call it a race! tried to roll with Van's busa today on 77.... i'm doin 120 13 psi in 4th and he's several football fields ahead of me, lol
And you will never beat a Busa in a roll-on race. It will take around 800+ RWHP
I think you should get a second opinion on your pipe size. I think your measure stick thingie may be slightly off. 3 1/2 in is a bigger hole than my 12 gauge can make at ten paces.....
lol...that was no race.....that was what 190 looks like before I had to slow down for traffic....counting the 10mph all bikes are off on the top end.....all and all it was a good day...i got to ride in 2 7s, no parts fell off and I got almost all the pully part of my engine on....not bad for xhours of work....and now I get to go to sleep thinking about your paint job.....mmmmm.....
also jb weld works for block offs also josh...5.00 and your good. rotaryresurections website says so..plus it tells you in great detail how to do it.......and bigisland.....i *think* I may have my omp line fixed. it broke right at the injector.....so I took a piece of vac line...and about a 1/4 inch down it I put black rtv and puched it in the vac line, rtv again on the nipple of the injector and connected everything....i hope holds, if not.....i will be at your house at 6am....i have no job.....will work for parts....or.........do dirty things for parts......oh yeah!
Winner winner chicken dinner!! 3 1/2 is a bit large. Waay overkill for exhaust. We'll see what it is when it shows up. I am saying 3 inch.
In John's defense, Someone may have measured it wrong and told him it is 3 1/2. If it is that large I would think about replacing it with a full 3 inch pipe all the way back. Someday.
Now there is a reason for a huge exhaust pipe. But again that doesn't come into play until you are pushing a shitton ofCFM's. Waaaaaay more than a stock turbo could ever dream of. We're talkin like a freakin locomotive turbo
It's funny that "most" people think that the bigger your exhaust the better everything will work,...silly Americans and there "size issues" It's all about having the proper meshing of parts, sizes etc..

Don't worry about it. I can have some made if you can't find any. Just a matter of stretching some pipe with a expander. My cousins shop can handle that . takes about 5 minutes
The best thing would have been to get the correct sized muffler inlet
But I can overcome that hurdle.

Thanks Crit. I am going to need a fuel door release switch. Mine is broken. Just let me know if you have one.
Sounds good John. I had a feeling it was 3inch.
Ant, if you are free Thursday you should cruise up with John and let me check those bad boys out. I like the style of them.
