Only days I can go are: Fridays, Sundays, And Mondays. If someone were to grab the bumpwer assembly if they were so motivated that would be sweet, otherwise I will go on Friday or Monday and grab the rear end and bumper,..If the rear end is left for me

On another note: If anyone has any old school Z cars are knows people who do, I found a place on Highway 64 towards Rutherford that had about 50+ old 300's 280's etc.. in variouse stages of decay. Just a FYI

I finally got tired of looking at the rear bumper on the BMW. All those little nicks, scuffs, and lack of paint. Looking good so far. Should have some color on it today!

Actually, it wasn't for sale. Plus the heat from the fire warped about every body panel. Being stainless steel, it would be hard to straighten out. Long and I passed it when we went to my brother's house in Knoxville TN.

nice blanket Sam, Boy is the wife going to kill you when she sees the overspray I've been scolded for using the good towels on the cars.

Got the rust repaired and dents straightened out on the stock FB front end. Priming tonight as well.

Old blanket that was going to be thrown away. Never made it to the trash I did get two good coats of color on the bumper. I need to throw one, possibly two more on there before I call it quits. Then comes the fun part of wet sanding, cutting and buffing. I'm just using a single stage paint, so no clear to deal with. The hardest part was all the bodywork the bumper needed. I didn't think I was ever going to part done.

Is it a metallic color? If so you really don't want to wet-sand a metallic single stage . As it will "smear" the metallic flakes/pearl(s) Hence why I am stuck with the run on my FD till I respray it. Basically you have to get it the way you want it when you lay down the color. This is what I have found with my metallics I have sprayed in single stage. Just a word of caution so you don't get that nasty suprise I did

Just a straight base black. I finally finished buffing the rest of car today. I even buffed the glass with an awsome glass cleaning compound that takes all the water spots off. Anywho. A couple of pics af the black beauty

Damn man, isn't this the 2nd time your mom's cars totaled? My mom would disown me

Whenever you get a key for it, I can do it.
