I'm not sure which way or where the meet is but I won't be making it again. I'm still working my home improvement project. Finishing out a bonus room over the garage.

Tim! I can't believe you. You would rather stay home swinging a hammer, than have a nice drive with your brothren. Shame on you.................

I know but I have to get it done while the attic is under 100 degrees. Started it in earnest in February, thought I'd be done by March and now its almost April. It is sweet tho, its an extra 300 sq ft of living space accessible from the garage via some steps.

Heres some pics of the work, I've now got the wiring done and the remaining HVAC vents in. Now I have to do the insulation, drywall, doors and floor and I'm done.

Looking good Long. I'm glad the seals and springs were in good shape. They look nice and healthy. The 'ol vert will be happy when she's brappin. Finally got all the irons and housings ported, polished, and cleaned for Manny's streetport. One of the rotors had a spun bearing in it. Who ever had this engine before, ran it out of oil. All the bearings, e-shaft, and the one rotor are ruined. Good thing I have two extra sets of 8.5 rotors. Now I just need Manny to get the hard seals and gaskets to put this beast together

Sam I was looking in the rx7 Gallery and found a pic of a six port that had been bridged but cut the center of the 6 port out!! And blended it all together. I bet that thing would idle at 4K and be a DOG.

So what's the deal for this run guys? Last minute guessing, or are we going with a plan? If it's cool with you guys, I was thinking we could meet at Burger King and leave from there. Andre is supposed to be off work at 1pm and he can meet us there. If we go up 115 through North Wilkesboro to 18, Long can meet up with us and that will give us about a 2 hour drive one way. If you guys are cool with that, just say what you think.

If we go the route I suggested, we will be going up 115 through N.Wilksboro. So it's kinda up to you guys. I talked to Rick (the '83 LE) today and he is interested in going with us also. Just need to know what you guys want to do. We need to make a plan by tomorrow to give everyone enough time to make it.
