What size do I print the template out at Stu? This is frustrating because I am sick as hell due to wet-sanding in 30 degree weather the other day with Stu.;(

Also seeing if I can fab up a exhaust the rest of the way back on the FB

Regular size. You will need to tape them together, you can see where one ends and the other begins. Be fancy and cut it out, if you want.

Hmm. Well, the link and the email were the same thing. If you open the picture up in MSPaint, and click on print properties under file, what does it say?

Holy crap Ray! How you gonna get to work now? Drive faster?

Hey Dave, that port looks good. I would double check on the eyebrow though. It looks a little high to me, but it may be the way I am looking at it.

The only thing I dont like about that port is the small amount of material left between the bridge. I like to leave more meat there, espacially going turbo. Just make sure you leave a minimum of 2mm between the coolant seal and the bridge. Other than that, not too bad for a beginner Just smooth everything out and roung the ends a little more like this.

I haven't cut anything yet just laying it out with dye. I modified the bridge a little bit to give it more meat and lower the top a little bit to even it out. I may go for it tonight still, who knows.
