So guess what guys, ya my part of town got ice tonight and the 7 just didnt wanna stay on the road slid my 7 and snapped what believe to be some type of joint o an a arm (not a cv) on the rear driver side so..i dunno how much its gonna cost t fix but my cars a the shop we'll see what they say....i just now got it running again too the imacct whn i slid down the embankment is what caused it t break as wll as crack the rim so if anyone has a donor set of rims thatd be dope i have tires. luckily that was it the body and frame are fine no brokn lights r anything.

I'm with Dave on doing this at a regular spot most of the time and I agree the HPD would probably hassle us some. I like it being up in race city or a little north as there are better, less congested back roads up there.

Dang DJ. Sorry to hear about your little mishap. After almost an all nighter, me and Josh Long got a heart transplant done last night. The Fb now has a TII heart. Hopefully later this week we'll get a heartbeat The TO4E is so big, the wastegate pod is almost touching the frame. Looks awsome in there! I am supposed to have my injector O-rings in tomorrow. Then I can finish up the intake.

 

Tim, someone had mentioned Sonic across the street. I think I may go up there one day and talk to them. I'm glad you guys are thinking the same as me about having a "regular" meeting place. Then if we wnat to do something different, we can go from there.

Good day, bad day, sweat day then a lil better day. My FC got broken into at wrk, stoled my Ipod. But then I got my housing n Irons from Dave, found a replacement window for 25$. And my 5 lug mod. does the glx have LSD.

 

can u use s5 houseing with s4

 

Or vise versa. The irons n housing I got back from Dave r s5. I think the GXL is S4 so the housing n rotor would be same. could they work or no.

thanks to stu and josh swinging by, i got the nessary help to lift that tranny into place. go it bolted up and the starter in place and the tranny filled with gear oil. i installed the shifter just for ***** and giggles. im in need of a new shifter and bushing tho a little on the sloppy side. but then again it did come out of a car that had over 300,000 miles. i have the dash to prove it.

 

yes the gxl's are lsd for s4 and s5, and the gtu is for s4 only. and of course the TII's are

 

no it doesnt matter. they are virtually the exact same housings.

 

Hey David, On your intermediate housing by the dipstick. There "was" a nipple for the emmissions hose to plug into. In order to lap that hosuing I had to remove that nipple. I meant to plug it with a bolt by tapping it out while I had it, but I forgot. You can swing back by with it someday this week or whenever if you like and I will tap and put a bolt in it. sorry man. Just remembered looking at the pics. It will be on the rear facing side of the plate.
