I got my electrical fans from autozone, they seem to work just fine even with my fmic. Those seats will be pretty damn sweet when you get them reappolstered.

Whenever I graduate from this school i'll be flying commerical planes somewhere. Hopefully get into a major airline and work my way up to captain on some big metal. And after I pay off the 100k in loans I just got, I have my eyes set on an ultima gtr kit car.

Its been close to 2 years that i've been without a stereo in the car, after someone stole everything. They left the door speakers and tweaters I had installed. I had bought a 200watt amp at some point after they stole my other amp, but never bothered to reinstall a stereo. Well I got to thinking....I have an amp, a laptop I use for the haltech which can store several gigs of my mp3's. So what I did was take the amp and plug it directly into the same wires that were there for the previous amp, went to radio shack and bought an rca cable that had an adapter to go into a headset jack. Did some minor speaker wiring to the amp after I figured out which wires were the speaker wires in the center console. Then simply plugged the rca cable into the amp and the headset end into the computer. And WALLA I now have an mp3 player/cd player. Cool thing is I can use anything with headphones and plug it into the amp, like a portable cd player or mp3 player. I also have some emulators on the computer so I have nintendo and other **** on there along with a large selection of movies. And the hole where my stereo use to be, I took a 400 watt power converter and installed it there, wiring it to the ignition so it turns on with the car. So I have two outlets to plug in whatever I may want (circulating fan comes to mind since its so damn hot) or the charger for the laptop. I am in the process of making a nice panel for the outlet plugs and other gauges I already have there. Whole project cost me $9, since I already had the amp and power inverter.

 

sounds pretty good...now as long as we all have a laptop, amp, and inverter layign aroudn we can all do it

Plus I just scored a bazooka from a friend, so I now have a little bump to go with the highs. I'm really surprised how well it sounds.

 

Well guys, after reading up on the posts, but not having much to say, I finally got my down pipe on this weekend and boy is it sweet! The secondary turbo likes it very much! Next i can focus on mounting my Turbo, oil press, and water temp gages!
