Ask Ren where the turbo came from, cause I don't remember what he told me now.

It was good to meet you too Ren, I enjoyed it.

Dan...are you going to turbo the mini???? You would officially own the two sweetest cars in town. I would even have a little certificate printed up for you:

This certificate is presented to Dan
for owning
'The two sweetest street cars in Wilmington'

Maybe someday I'll get to turn my daily driver into a sweet sleeper too.

Dan, do you have the turbo completed on the FD yet? How's tuning coming? and when do I get my ride?

As with George, I thought I'd post it in here, for old times' sake.

Would?? Dude I thought I already owned the two sweetest cars in town
Actually my cousin and i want to build a turbo charged go-kart to kill ourselves on. However if I have the funds to buy another mini I will be modding it and turbo charging it, already talked to my dealer/importer about it......maybe powered by a rotary engine.

Haven't finished the car exactly, its done but theres a 3inch gap between the downpipe and midpipe. I drove it across town without getting pulled, made it to the shop and got it on the lift. But i'm still waiting for my buddy with the welder to get off his lazy *** and connect the pipes.

Haven't heard back from the guy with the silver FD yet, but hopefully he can get up with us Friday.

Ren- yes, that answers my question and congrats on the 1000th post.

Dan- you're right, you do own the 2 sweetest cars in town, even with an N/A mini

George- 10 grand? holy crap...wouldn't that pay for the VR4...or more mods for your current 2 cars?? (like nitrous for the ReX and Supercharger for the truck )

Tony- I'm going to call around tonight to find someone to work for me, I'll probably let you guys know later tonight if I'm off.

I would like to tinker with something maybe. And I know that the guy who deals, imports and restores mini's that I bought mine from would be interested in something like that to put in place of 850-1275cc motors when he does the restorations.
