yeah ofcourse you would eliminate the main cat that's the point of the presilencer. I was going to get RB header to presilencer to y-pipe. but this guy has a roadrace header to collector so it has a single exit. I suppose I'll have to wait until he answers me.. I'm afraid that without the presilencer that it's going to be too loud.

I'm not familiar with the N/A system. My main cat connects right to the Y-pipe if I remember right. Just look at how his car is set up and compare it to yours.

I pulled both of my RX-7's out of Kentucky... I thought I got the last two. I guess not. I think the KY people use the midwest forum even though it's kinda inbetween. Might wanna try there. I dunno how far you are from Knoxville or Nashville.

Eric- Got any pics of that road race header? from the sounds of it its still a RB unit, and a single collecter is what you wanted anyway. Unless its the true dual header then the presilencer should still bolt up as well as the stock ypipe.

Josh- omgwtff!? 8grand for a damn s4 vert...**** that ****, seats look like *** too.

bikeboy- Swap meets....depends on what you need, we can only haul so much should you need a part, just ask here and we'll see what we can do, im about to haul my NA parts car off to the boneyard if i deem it too much of a bitch to deal with it.

the road race header is true duel with a collector to make it one. I wasn't sure if after the collector if I'd have enough room for the presilencer or not. I wonder if the collector is going to mess up the exhause pulse and dynamics stuff.

My computer exploded and my phone is off, so if anyone needs me, just spotlight the Bat Signal. Preferably at night so I can see it.

For now I'm hijacking my dad's laptop.

Lost my Mind??

Just to let people know how crazy i am.
I've been haveing a lot of thoughts about doing the t2 swap on my vert.
but as i have been looking around at the prices of a T2 a new plan has come about
I've been spending a lot of time looking at the 20b motor and it seems like a good motor the price is a little high.
I have no clue on what kind of trans / rearend i would need, but the thought is there and i can't get it to go away.

And just to make sure i've lost it, looks like me and a friend are going to be building a car in his shop, design will be starting soon, so many things to think about.

i'm use to working on piston motors and since i've got my rx-7 i belive i might have fallen into rotary land , and i'm not sure theres a way out.

LizardFC sorry to hear about your computer, I have a lot of computer parts laying around, if you know whats wrong with it i might have the stuff to fix it, if its a software problem thats a easy fix

if you decide to do a 20b swap you will need a TII driveline to hold the power, hope that helps

Lol mike, welcome to the sickness you cannot get over. And as for your 20B needs, check the 20B forum and see what you might need to do the swap, besides the obvious T2 driveline, standalone, Fmic or Vmic, and a big wallet.

I think the CPU itself is fried, I get no boot, not even a BIOS. It's a 4 year old eMachine... so basically the whole computer needs replacing.

If you've got the funds for a 20B, go for it. You'll need a subframe... I know there are kits you can buy. It would be the first 20B vert that I've seen.

A guy at work is trying to help sell his son's n/a. I told him i would post some pics on here. I don't know any specifics other than it does run and they are trying to get $750 for it. Let me know and i can get you in contact with them.
They are also going to take some interior pics and engine bay pics.

Looks to be an 86 or 87. Can you ask them what the paint code located on the firewall is. I'm thinking it's "5A".

Omg, I wish I had money. Somebody buy this for me and keep it for a while.

DAMN WISDOM TEETH!
