Im on my way, to take the drain plug out of the gas tank, let it all drain out, or whats left anyways.

Picked up some sanding disc and pads for the drill ( its like a portable orbital sander)
but cost way less!!! made my those kind folks at 3M...
I got some wet paper and some fine grit pads too...
I need primer still.
I also got some bondo ( GOLD) IT HAS A RX7 on the front.
Humm.. Off to work for a while... and yeah, Im taking step by step pics.

Eh, sanding with a drill kinda sucks because it's hard to keep even pressure and it doesn't have the same motion of a random orbit. Good luck with it though. I always laugh when I see that bondo. Are they trying to tell us something??

Alyssa (NeatoCheetoFB) and I will be there (- the Cheeto). I think Brillo still has my orbit sander... or whoever borrowed it last, I can't remember. Where are we meeting? My goal is to not get lost this time. I know that's asking a lot... What parts do you need specifically? Most of the stuff I have laying around is red 81-83 interior parts.

Hey Derrick... you have a compression tester right? We should have a compression test party and check everyone's numbers.

And Hellbent, maybe you should start a new thread to get the word out... unless you wanna keep it small or something.

I might see you guys up on the dragon, either on friday or saturday, my daughter wants a ride on the dragon in daddy's race car, so how can I tell her no!

Oookay... so if I somehow "fail" to make it, will you eat any accidental child I cause? Plan C... that could come in handy. I'd like to get this in writing.

Derrick - compression tests?

Welp, I don't drink, especially when working on cars. That's how V8 swaps happen. No help there. I can do bodywork though. Not very well. Do you have a dent puller and a drill? Alyssa and I are definite. We'll meet you at the 129 market at 6 unless you have other ideas. Do you have primer yet? Not good to do bodywork until you're ready to cover it. I'll give Brillo a call and see if he can make it tomorrow.
