well guys i might not be able to attend the Auto-X sunday. Remember how I said mst sevens require a blood sacrifice to appease them....well got the widebody almost put back together and when to double check that the left front hub assembly was spinning without binding, with one of those fancy enkei spares...and my right middle finger got caught between the spoke of the wheel and the huge FC caliper....so as of 1am this morning my finger has been bleeding rather steadily from beneath the the entire nail, which may nt be entirey connected anymore.

Ah come on Derrick, tough it up! You can at least show up and support. We'll get you a wheelchair or something to zip around the course in.

its puring like a bear..well atleast its purring i even just drove it to work iv got about 30 miles on it now.

any ideas why all my guages and idot light cluster would all go out?? i thought a fuse was burned up but i looked and all the fuses checked out.

the boiling over was from a bad thermostat and ummm no need for a suicide line

the bad is i still dont ahve a working tmep and oil pressure guage..or for that matter any guage now

think i can convence someone to hook em up for me on sunday?

and where are we meeting at so i know where to go

It'll buff out. Does look pretty painful. I wouldn't be able to work for a week if I did that to mine. Gotta protect the digits man, livelihood depends on it.

We can take a look if you can get it here, although it'll probably be after the autocross since we're all gonna be a little busy. You could have a bad light/dimmer switch, although the idiot cluster isn't tied into that and neither are the gauges themselves. Sounds like you've got a few different issues there.

yeah ive got a spare filler neck, needs cleaned up and repainted.

But as far as the lack of lights and gauges....id check all the connections behind the panels, and the lights if they are blown. But chances are with all the gauges dying you fried the fuses, which you should pull out to check, and maybe tripped the breakers.

its possible to permanently fubar a breaker yes, but i dont need the filler neck so you can have it, just takin up space otherwise, and get an overflow reservoir...
But its still possible to fry wires and teh circuit boards on the clusters.

i ahve a overflow tank but my idot lights dont work neither so i dont think that the board or anythng is fried

i think i may have done it i had a battery charger on and then it started and my alt took over so its possible it had more then 12volts at any given time
