cody your missing the point of a 4/5 point harness. By bolting it to the floor you are making it have to pivot at the seat back, which becomes a stress point and will either break the seat, the belt, or you. Look at any rulings on the subject or ask away in the race tech section, do it right >.>

There should be plenty of bolt in 4point cages, just for the rear i think, adds rigidity and a bit of a safeguard.

If you say so man, though just keep in mind that any 'race' harness is not street legal and only has a life of 2yrs

CP Racing in Canada used to sell an affordable cage as well as other supports and braces, but it looks like they were scamming people and went out of business.

Haha, why is that? Someone wants a loaner Cheeto? I don't rent cars without a $1000 deposit.

Where are the times for the race posted?
There is no way I got a 35, low 41s was the best I heard I got. All I could hear was the Mikuni, and squilin tires. I want to know if I finished the last run when I spun out. I didn't really go out of bounds, I just took out a cone with style.

Jeremy you cut inside the last cone before the finish on one run that I saw.
The rest looked good. I think I am going to get some sticky rubber from you for the 13" momo wheels.

Also Thinkin bout havin a grill out at my house the weekend after dgrr.

The times on the website are the PAX adjusted times. They aren't listing the raw times, which sucks because they seem to reflect "reality" better. I don't see why I placed ahead of Cody when he was in the same class as me and had a faster time. Charlie, you had a 41 for your lowest, and the rest of us were in the 43's for raw times.

on the cookout!

Eh, he was pulling in better times. I think the cone fatalities got him though. What sucks is that the whole time I thought we were going to have 6 runs like the first heat. So I was all ready to push it on the last run but then everyone started pulling their numbers. I bet Jeremy could have pulled his time down a lot with a 6th run as he was just starting to get the hang of the course. Oh well, such is the way of autocross. There's never enough runs! We need to secure our own parking lot and set up a club

**** the guys on first had more than 6 runs, they had at least 6 practice laps befre the 6 hot laps, second crew got 6 laps only, then last run only got 4-5 i think.

We got 5 which is actually pretty good but I still felt kinda ripped off. Don't see what the harm in letting us all run another lap would be. I think some old guys got hungry.

Dark? It was 5pm damn it, it doesn't get dark now until 8. All you lack is a tiedown? I ran out and bought one after I registered and put it on while they were teching my car. 4 bucks man.
