Rodney King was just a dumbass who got caught up in a moment at the right time at the right place.
He's been back in jail...what...at least 2 or 3 times?
I think one of his charges was domestic violence?
He's just a criminal who got martyred cause he was in the right place at the right time.
So it really irks the **** out of me when people use this example like this.

Stretched tires look ******* retarded... on anything. I don't understand why you would want to run such a small tire on a wide rim. If you can't fit the tire under your fenders, why waste the money on such wide rims? Looks really cheap and half-assed IMO.

They went over this on VW vortex as well, The wheels on that car have a vented cover that sticks out past the tire to move air around the brakes. These protruding covers make the tires look stretched. Also notice how the car is cornering in those pics, and the camera is on the outside of the corner.
