Tons of mods.

I'd recommend going with a 13BT. Its so much cheaper and safer than modifying a high compression 6 port NA engine.

I think you need to take more time and learn more about the rotary engine before you jump right into a project like this. Even if you pull it off ok, chances are the engine won't last very long as all.
I'm not knocking you or your mechanic ability, as I don't know it, and I"m not trying to sound like I know everything, but from what you've said I don't think this is a good idea for you just yet.

Stick around the forum, read tones of posts in the 2nd Gen Forum (especially the FAQ section in there). The search function is great - I use it when I have questions more than I do posting my questions because chances are it has already been addressed.

im not trying to jump into any project, people say i got this car to be like ven diesel in the fast and the furious. i told them he beat them in the race right?

but anywho, i have a dumb question that ive overlooked, is the 6 port the intake part? it was a woosher over my head. anywho are turbo upgrade kits from companys like hks, greddy, and apexi have applications for 6 port rotaries? or does it matter

6-port is the engine and the intake part.
Here, I'll make it a bit easier for you: https://www.rx7club.com/search.php
Search specifically in the 2nd Generation forum, for stuff like "turbo"

You need to read more and ask less (none) questions.
