I can speak for my port in that it does go into the oil seal. It was kind of an accidental mistake that happened over time as I was playing around with the grinder for the first time. This is why the housing that goes into the engine will be another OEM NA center iron that I will do a better job porting!

About the curved and gradual port closing . . . I noticed that too when I put the rotor over the housing and observed its interaction with the port. Future plans will be to extend the nose of the port outward and in better alignment with the oil seal track.

Here's my stock sized exhaust port that flows 30% more air. You should see the streetport!!!

rotarygod, I remember reading that post a while ago. It's a cool idea.

CCarlisi, I have an urge to lick that rotor housing. That is a beautiful bridgeport.

So that's what the primaries look like. Interesting shapes. It looks like it's shaped that way for a reason. The lower part of the port looks like it goes into the oil seal track, but the top is right at the edge. Or maybe it's the camera angle playing tricks on me. Looks like there's a little room for porting, but I wonder how it would affect velocity?
