TWO four rotor engines

has anyone tried it? two engines (one for front wheels one for back?) with four rotors per engine?

like anyone got a youtube video or something? Damn that would be FAST. hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

I figure since wankels are so lightweight and you could probably fit one in the trunk of an rx7 without TOO much modification to the chassis, someone crazy (and rich) enough must've tied it.

and with a centrifugal type supercharger and a nos system..... lawl

interdimensional travel anyone?

I'm pretty sure nobody has tried it. 4 rotors ARE heavy. I mean, they aren't boat anchors but they aren't featherweight either.

V8's tried the whole multiengine setup back in the day, found it wasn't worth a f*&! for anything besides monster powerslides. They proved slower than a normal dragster because of 0 traction and weight.

I haven't heard of a twin rotary motor but i know there is a video of a guy who did two 4g63 motors in his talon. Wayyy too much work for not enough gain in my honest opinion.
